I've stated so many times that these 2 parts do not thread together properly and the one that is together will not go on any farther nor will it come off. Customer service just keeps on saying they won't fit the truck and trying to make it seem like it's not their fault that the parts themselves will not fit together! Trying to do an exchange and they just keep on giving me the run around because the truck has a 3 in lift. It's an 01 dodge ram 4x4 sport and like I've told them multiple times the parts themselves will not go together to even try to go onto the truck. Very disappointed on how they are treating this situation. Update: I was previously told I could do an exchange and now I'm being told "In this case, since the parts are the only ones that we manage for your vehicle, we can only proceed with store credit. Regards, Alex. On Friday, May 13, 2022" Extremely disappointed with all the different answers I'm getting with no regard to actually fix the mistake that the parts they sent in this kit will not thread together properly ... show more

    • Wrong parts uppers didnt fit they were lowers
The uppers didnt fit they were lowers so now i have an extra of lowers since i order the lowers as well since they weren't in the kit and to only just order another set of uppers and hope they are uppers that get delivered, the parts were labeled with different parts numbers but identically the same, the uppers need to be about 2 inches shorter ... show more

Bought this set for basically a fishing truck, not even good enough for that. Making noise in 2 months. Learned my lesson. Buy quality parts and do the job once.
