I had wanted a two sided mirror with magnification and lights for a while now. This one fit the bill. It has all those things. And it's a very nice style - very simple, nothing fussy. I like having a magnification side and a regular side depending on what I need doing. It comes with a cord for the USB type power charge. It seems to keep a charge for a while but I don't use it that often so your mileage may vary. It's a little odd to have the "power switch" on the mirror. It's touch sensitive (I guess.) It just seems weird and it can only be accessed on one side, so you will have to flip the mirror depending on where it is. But I like leaving the mirror with the regular non magnified side showing - it just looks better. Putting it together was easy peasy - just screw in the mirror to the base. They say you can use the mirror as a hand mirror but I don't know that it's very comfortable that way. (Although I could see it used in some kind of a theatrical production in some weird way.... ) The mirror is sort of too heavy on the "handle" to use as a hand mirror, but on the stand it's fine. Put together the mirror is very sturdy and not prone to fall over or is tippy in any way. I like this mirror. Although I'd like it better if it came with a complete power source (included the brick as well as the cord, but no one does that anymore.) One of these days I'm going to have to get some multi outlet USB bricks, I'm getting so many accessories that use this type of power. It's a nice solid mirror, simple to use, good magnification, simple style. The price is appropriate for mirrors of this type with these features.
