I love the necklace. It is for my father-in-law's long time girlfriend for Christmas. Great price as well. My problem is in the packaging. While the box is nice, the necklace comes in two pieces in a plastic bag. You have to put the chain on yourself and then find a way to put it nicely in the box without it getting tangled. There is no necklace holding like in 99% of jewelry boxes.

My wife loves the heart design in rose gold. The only possible issue is that the chain is very delicate. She doesn’t want the chain to break and lose the pendant. So we’ll be looking to buy a stronger chain for it.
