I ordered 2 of these suitcases in April ‘22. We’ve used them 5-6 times including a trip to London. The size is great, in fact everything is great except the zipper pulls on both have come off. The zipper still works but it a little hard to zip without a pull…on both of our bags!?!

Excellent International carry-on size roll-around. If you've never owned a four wheel version, you're in for a treat! These roll straight up really easily, much easier on your wrist. We took them outside, over tiles, on asphalt, up stairs, up escalators, down escalators, on patterned cement, etc. Much easier than a 2-wheel version in almost every instance, on carpet they're about the same so you pretty much win all-around. I purchased four of these for my wife & I and my two teenage sons for our 12 day trip to Italy at the beginning of August. We wanted to only carry-on and a 12-day trip with just carry-on can be a challenge. These open up like a clamshell so you'll have to get used to that. There's a strap on one side and a zippered cover on the other - used properly these keep contents in place when opening. I used the Compass Rose compression cubes( Compression Packing Cubes with Unique Number AND Color Coded Organization System for Packing Carry On ), they fit perfectly and I took 12 days worth of underwear, socks, 7 shirts, 2 pairs of jeans, shorts, electronics, charging adapters, etc. packed full but I never felt like I wanted more. Now shoes are a problem. We all put our extra shoes in our carry on backpacks. We flew on Air Canada, Lufthansa, Eurowings, and Austrian Air. Just for grins, we put these into the size checkers for each airline and they fit. They fit in the overhead bins without issue. They're technically wider than some airlines allow, they really measure out to about 9-1/2" thick when the expansion zipper is not open. But regardless they do fit in each of the airlines fit checkers. We didn't find any of the airlines checking the sizes that closely, out of the entire trip I only saw one huge duffle bag be stopped and checked. Okay, there's one caveat - I was aware of the 8Kg limit on Austrian Airlines and made sure my family adhered to it. But I forgot, I was so intent on them getting to weight (heavy things into your carry-on size backpack), I showed up with mine at 10.4 Kg. They weigh you on the way to the gates (In Vienna anyway) after you go through security and caught me unaware. The rest of my family was less than 8.5 Kg and they passed easily, not me - oh well, it was on the way home and turning it in was painless (we hadn't checked anything else so there was no added cost). We all found these to be well made and were able to carry all that we needed. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my teenage daughter before we went on a trip to the Caribbean. She claimed she outgrew her "kid" luggage! Ha ha! I have a Delsey Helium Aero Spinner I purchased 7 years ago that has been all over the world and is still my favorite suitcase ever, so I didn't look for another brand. My daughter loved the color and how much room it had. She totally over-packed for our one week trip, as this suitcase has so much room! The zippers (both the expansion zipper and the main zipper) are easy to use and don't get stuck. Even with my daughter over-packing, it was easy to hold the suitcase together and zip it up. She was happy with the integrated lock and promptly set it to her own code. The handle was easy to use and the suitcase was easy to pull. Because the suitcase is hard sided, I felt that the souvenirs we purchased would be better protected than in a soft sided suitcase. My previous Delsey has been great for that, and this one was no exception for my daughter. I definitely recommend this suitcase. It's a great size and if it's like my 7 year old hard sided Delsey, it will hold up and last for years.

Don’t let the low price fool you. This is a great case! My wife and I just finished a two week trip to Hawaii where we visited for islands. I had loaded this case up to 47 pounds, which is close to the 50 pound limit before the airlines charge more. we flew from Michigan to Los Angeles where the bag was switched over to the plane taking us to Hawaii. From there we ended up taking three more island hopper flights before we finally flew home via a very short layover in Seattle. All told this bag was subjected to Baggage handling eight times as well as being walked across multiple surfaces from carpeting to extremely rough tile. Throughout it, all the bag was light, maneuverable, and extremely durable. I would not hesitate to recommend this bag for extended traveling, because of the excellent performance! The zippers are undamaged and work flawlessly. The roller wheels, which are always a concern on any suitcase, have been extremely durable. I slid the heavy case out of the trunk of the vehicle onto the ground, where the wheels were subjected to impact, and there has not been any issue whatsoever.

Been a traveler for years, but always stayed away from hard shells because…I’m not sure why. Just used to soft luggage I guess. Anyway, this was on sale, so I gave it a whirl. I really like it. I was worried about it only expanding in one direction, but that has proven to be a positive, as my clothes stayed in place much better and came out of the case looking just like they did when I packed it. If I’m being picky, the top zipper half is too shallow for many men’s shoes (I’m size 11), but I put the taller shoes in the bottom half instead in plastic bags. It is otherwise a great case. Very light and maneuverable. I’m a fan of hard shells now.

I bought both the mid size bag and the 19 inch carry on. The midsize was checked and did reach us on a Europe trip both ways. It also went through luggage handling on a cruise ship. There are a few scratches. One quite long. It isn't going to go through luggage handling looking new but that is not an issue for me. Didn't crack or break and they were packed heavy. Wheels are still there. Handle still works. My husband put a heavy carry on on top with a strap and it worked to get us in and out of the airport. He hated the four wheels as he prefers to drag it behind him and loaded as he was it was difficult. I took and walked it next to me. I noticed either bag is sluggish rolling on the carpet in hotels so I had to drag them.
