I’ve only used this bag 8-10 times and the glue on the handles is already peeling off. Thankfully, I got it on sale. Don’t pay full price for this. Yes, it’s roomy and fits easily under an airplane seat or in overhead compartment, but not worth “full price”.

I (wrongly) assumed it would be better to buy from Delsey directly so in addition to this bag purchased a whole luggage set from Delsey (that is also sold on Amazon). Delsey does NOT cover return shipping or insurance at all & does not generate a return label. Regular post office USPS charged me almost $250 to send 1 large suitcase, 1 medium & 1 back pack back out of a $650 order. Especially if you're a prime member, buy from Amazon. I ended up sending this back immediately too, as now I don't have a matching set, & it was $5.99 return shipping. Makes me really appreciate Amazon. ... show more

I love this set because it's so stylish. I get so many compliments when I travel. I have all 9 pieces. But I decided to replace my tote because my old one did not exactly fit under the seat and it has these side wings that annoyed me. One problem I've had with the companyt from the beginning is that the champagne color is inconsistent. As you can see the photos shows slight variation of color in every piece. It goes from slight yellow to pinkish to grayish. But what is clear is the original design on the handles is superior to the new one. It was made of real leather and rounded attached by metal hook so they flop downward when yo uwant to get inside. The new handles are sewn in one direction, made of faux leahter and are not nearly as thick. I'm considering replacing the handles on this new bag with the old ones. I just don't think these handles will last very long ... show more

I love how the side of this bag slips over the handle of my carry on luggage… very convenient. My only dislike is the straps are faux leather and stiff and don’t stay out of the way when you are reaching into the bag.

I Love this tote! I got the Delsey 21in carry on luggage for my birthday and I wanted a slip over purse to go with it. I didn't set out to match but I'm glad I chose to. It was between this tote or the weekender bag when I narrowed them down. I went with this. A. It's a bit smaller than the weekender. B. It was on sale for $75. I definitely made the right choice. It's an oversized purse which is perfect for me. It fits perfectly on top of my 21in luggage. I think the weekender would have been too large. There were some other reviews complaining about stitching and color... Luckily the stitching on mine was fine. The color however due to being made of a cloth like material rather than the hardshell is ever so slightly off. You would have to be extremely OCD or an extra picky crazy person for this to bother you. I mean you have to be looking for it and even then you have to be in bright lighting to notice it. Overall a keeper. Was debating when I hit the purchase tab after reading some review. This is so much larger than any purse I own, really a tote / computer bag. See all measurements. I can fit: 13 in MacBook Air, larger iPad, an iPhone of course, all related cables, cosmetic bag, reading materials, 3 pairs of eyeglasses, reading material without it looking or feeling stuffed. Really a classic and timeless piece and will use mostly for travel as it has the handy slip pocket that opens to an attachment for carrying over the extended handle of my matching 21 inch carry on. FYI only, my hard air Chatelet carry on is mocha brown and the tote champagne and they're beautiful together- well coordinated. I was concerned that at the low price it would be a knock off as some of the hard side Chatelet luggage reviews here posted, but it came from Delsey with all the tracking features my hard side it. I did order the hard side AIR (newer version w/out the brakes) from another site. Authorized Delsey retailer -Village Luggage & Gifts which had better prices and amazing customer service. ... show more
