On a recent multi-city trip through Europe, I took the 28in check in with me and checked in for the first time since I started traveling. I'm a carry-on person and hate waiting for baggage claim beyond reason or dealing with the exorbitant fees that airline charges for them. It seemed highly impractical to choose a light color luggage on this trip but I like traveling in style, and it was easy to spot from the sea of black and blue luggages. While it may be pretty, it was also tough and durable. The wheels hold up over rough and uneven cobblestone alleyways, gappy concrete sidewalks and unpaved surfaces. It has more than enough room for a month's worth of wardrobe if you were to use packing cubes. The laundry bag that comes with it is too small but I used it for my shoes to prevent them from getting my clothes dirty. At the end of the trip, there were minor scuff marks but no major wear and tear though it had some pretty rough treatment. This luggage is worth the investment. ... show more

This set is absolutely adorable. It is so easy to use! I can pack two weeks of clothes in the bigger size and it rolls so well, even with fifty pounds of luggage inside of it. At first, I thought it was a little pricey, but it is such good quality that the value is so nice.

I have purchased 3 pieces - Chatelet 2.0 Laptop Backpack, Hardside 20 inch Carry-on, and the Shoulder Bag all in Angora. I get complements on it every time I travel! I bought this color combo because I also have a LV bag that matches and goes well with color combination. I has held up well and I love the there are added bags for extras that match and pack well. The color is light but I have not noticed any scratches or scuffs so seems to be holding up well. Highly recommend ... show more

Purchased February 2025 for trip to Hawaii. Handle of THIS style completely broke off the large suitcase while in Hawaii. Promptly returned the complete 2 pc set within my return window timeframe. So thankful it happened sooner than later. I loved this name brand because I have a Delsi carry-on that my daughter kept borrowing and it is absolutely well made but this version with the handles just barely tucked in with weak hardware inside the material is sub par and a complete disappointment! I need to go back to the other style where the handles are build with leather and visibly good hardware attached to the suites and buy the large one. ... show more

I LOVE the Chatelet 2.0 series from Delsey. I literally have every single piece except the pet carrier, garment bag and crossbody. This was a replacement purchase for my carry-on that was damaged the first time I checked it in 7 years (sob). This new version is slightly smaller and lighter than my older version (yay!).
