I was in the market for new luggage and I found this great set. I was looking for something that was fashionable and this is the one. Every other ones that I looked at look basic. I have already took theis set to 10 international trips, and it still looks good. The durability and quality of this luggage is very good. It is somewhat scratched resistant because I barely see any scratches on it from all my trips and I didn't not even have a cover on it. It is very roomy, and you're able to fit a lot of items in it. The carry on also has a charging port, where you could store a power bank in charge and charge your items. I definitely recommend if your in the market for for a new set of luggage. ... show more

These are beautiful luggage pieces on the outside and have a lovely interior design. I have all the different compartments to pack everything I need for travelling and keep everything secure. The luggage wheels are effortless to manoeuvre on any floor/ground, or carpet. I love that feature because it makes travelling so much easier. My luggage got put on a different flight and when I went to pick it up the woman who sees a zillion pieces of luggage commented on pretty my luggage was!! I’ve had other people say that too … but she definitely earned the honorable mention for that one!! It has nice packing bags and being white hasn’t had any scratches or scuffs on it… the only thing I have a problem with is the zippers are not really smooth but I think they just need some time to break in because they are heavy duty and easy to pull once they get going. Need to replace a suitcase damaged by the airline so I ordered the 21/28 set; but only received one bag. Also, slightly different from what was pictured and, as mentioned by other reviewers, hangars are mia as well. Not sure if it's a simple warehouse mixup or manf/qc issue, but I remain a Delsey fan. Sadly, the replacement won't make it in time for my next flight so I've <24hrs to find a suitable alternative so I'm on the hunt to find this in a brick & mortar store. *fingers crossed* ... show more

Purchased February 2025 for trip to Hawaii. Handle of THIS style completely broke off the large suitcase while in Hawaii. Promptly returned the complete 2 pc set within my return window timeframe. So thankful it happened sooner than later. I loved this name brand because I have a Delsi carry-on that my daughter kept borrowing and it is absolutely well made but this version with the handles just barely tucked in with weak hardware inside the material is sub par and a complete disappointment! I need to go back to the other style where the handles are build with leather and visibly good hardware attached to the suites and buy the large one. ... show more
