I was hoping it wasn't the worst graphics but at almost 10 years old it was pretty close. Planned to need an upgrade so I'll hold onto. The rest of the machine seems to be at specs.

Got this rig today, and I was a bit apprehensive. I'm a computer tech, and I needed a new home PC, and really didn't feel like dropping a thousand dollars. Well, this bad boy came today. As a tech, the first thing I did was open the machine to inspect the insides. Everything was immaculate. Wires properly tucked, fans perfectly clean, memory, drives and video card mounted perfectly. Spotless. Windows 10 activated, no issue. One thing I need to clarify. The picture shown of the back of the PC isn't quite accurate. They give you a better video card, which is mounted on one of the PCIE slots. Good thing too, because the Intel video that comes with these Dells is steaming garbage unless you're playing Pacman. One note. Mine didn't come with the advertised video card. It came with an Nvidia Gforce GT 710. I ain't even mad! They even give you a Windows 10 installation DVD! It's only been a day, and I'll update if I have a problem, but, so far, I am THOROUGHLY satisfied in every way. Edit: 6 months in and zero issues. 😊 ... show more

    • gel mousepad missing
Arrived on time. It seems fine, some wear and tear in the case but it is working good. I didnt receive the gel mouse pad included in the bundle and the wifi connector is 2.4 instead of 5 but it is working right. Desktop had a wondows 7 sticker but I received windows 10 upgrade

    • A FEW MINOR SCRATCHES BUT WORKS LIKE A CHARM!
I LOVE THIS COMPUTER! Fast, quiet, runs perfectly. By buying a refurbrished model I saved a ton of money, but I was initially a little apprehensive since I'd never owned a second-hand computer. So I decided to add a three year warranty at checkout time just to play it safe. The warranty cost very little because it was based on the purchase price. The computer arrived on time, and it did have some minor scratches. That possibility had been disclosed upfront in the computer description, so no surprises there. I couldn't have cared less anyway, because when I slipped it into my desk computer compartment the scratches weren't visible. The overriding important factor is that it is a fantastic, powerful computer that runs perfectly. I still can't believe I paid so little for it! I will let you know if anything negative comes up in the future, but I doubt that it will. If Amazon has any more of this same model available at around $600, give or take a few dollars, I urge you to go for it. You'll love it. Be sure to get the very inexpensive warranty for peace of mind though. ... show more

    • Easy Setup and Reliable
Very Nice System! Setup was super easy. They had done their homework, on how to make the setup easy. Nice graphics, good size in memory and hard drives. The solid state drive was a plus, as you have a quick disk access. I have been in the IT world since 1977. I have built my own computers. This one offered a lot of bang for the buck. It replaced an eight year old I3. The performance has been outstanding. Would I recommend the purchase? Yes I would I waited for 2 months to see if there were any problems.     • Constant Issues and dead after 4 months!! BUYER BEWARE
We purchased this refurbished Dell March 2020 with a 90 day Amazon warranty. This pc had numerous hardware conflict issues immediately, which we worked through rather than box and ship back. The video card failed by June and we determined this product was getting returned. When I attempted to return the product, I was notified it was on day 98, and we could not return product as it was past the 90 day warranty. Today is day 167 and mother board power supply has failed and PC will not power up. I am done spending to repair this machine. All replacement parts which were "refurbished" are not OEM and poor quality and have hardware conflicts. Very few parts are actually Dell other than the outside casing.
