This is just an excellent monitor, and I love the fact that it has a webcam and speakers built into it. It has an infrared camera and is compatible with Windows Hello for login via facial recognition. But that only worked for me for a couple of months and then it suddenly quit working. I was unable to get it going again. Fortunately I didn't buy it for that purpose, and it probably says more about the reliability of Windows Hello than it does this monitor.     • Excellent matte Monitor with USB, speakers, webcam and microphone.
Purchased to replace an old glossy 22" HP monitor that had USB ports and built-in speakers. I wanted those specs at least in a new monitor and there aren't many out there to choose from. Although not high-end, this monitor is excellent quality, very good matte display (no glare from the window behind me!), USB ports and better speakers than were in my old monitor. Throw in a built-in webcam and microphone/speakerphone and I'm happy. I hope it lasts for a while! ... show more

The monitor pix is washed out and dull. Way too expensive for this quality. My $79 monitor that lasted 6+ years was much better. I'm debating sending this back...at $400 it's not worth it. Perhaps if there was a tech support #...

    • Flaked out after 2 months!
I purchased this monitor after extensive reviews showing it was one of the best out there. It works great but after 2 months the bottom third of the screen began to get blurry and shaky after it was on for about an hour. I thought it was the brand new graphics card that I had purchased so I replaced it with another new one (different brand and model) and the monitor is doing the same thing. I would expect a replacement from the manufacturer but no luck so far. I have had great luck with Dell products in the past and know that it looks like I got a lemon. Any ideas on how I can get a replacement from Dell since my Amazon and Seller warranty was only for 30 days? Any help would be appreciated. ... show more
