    • Perhaps counterfeit monitors?
I ordered 10 of these and the Dell service tags and serial numbers do NOT show up on Dell's support site. Dell says they are not supported. So either they are not legitimate Dell monitors, they're some sort of gray market item, or Dell has disavowed them. So far they actually work, though. Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong because the warranty won't be honored by Dell. ... show more
