Just to cut to it, here are my monitor settings which I think is a good starting point for others to tweak their monitor. Keep in mind that there is variance between panels, so this might not give you exactly what you want, but it is definitely going to be better than the default: Custom Color - Gain - R: 92, G: 89, B:99 Offset - R: 44, G: 44, B: 47 Hue - Leave as default Saturation - R: 48, G: 48, B: 48 Dark stabilizer: 0 Brightness: 82 Contrast: 75 Sharpness - 70 Now for the review. The first monitor I received was unfortunately defective. There was a connection issue interior to the panel which causes a line to appear across the screen. The return process was smooth and I promptly received a replacement monitor. I am using this monitor as a second monitor, as I needed a 144hz monitor to match my main display so that I can play games in windowed fullscreen without issue. I was initially disappointed... but I since learned that the things I disliked about it are generally normal for IPS panels. You'll get the typical pros and cons of an IPS panel with two notable exceptions: Pro: It has really great response time for IPS. Con: The color temp is skewing yellow out of the box (lower the "Gain" for red (R) and green (G) in the monitor's menu by 5-10% each to correct for this) Another thing of note is the box it ships in is well designed (has long has nothing sharp breaks thru the bottom). My box came with a rather large hole at the top but luckily the monitor was far enough away not to get damaged. The screen is supported by a strong cardboard frame and to assemble, you just leave the monitor in the box and clip on the stand (very easy to set up). After tweaking the yellow tint away has explained earlier, you'll have an excellent well built display, just be sure you know what you're getting into with IPS panels, they excel more at brightly lit environments where color accuracy is important. I got mine at 46% off, it's well worth it at that price (especially if you are in need of a second monitor). ... show more

Really nice monitor for Xbox One S. Set the resolution to 1080p and 120hz. Using it also for a PC with a RTX 3060, display port 1080p 165hz and G-sync. The gaming picture quality is really nice considering it's not HDR. Got this on Black Friday 59% off sale, so it was definitely worth every cent. No dead pixels also. Only issue was the delivery. The postman delivered it to neighbor across street during a heavy rain shower. Water off the roof was dripping on the box. Luckily I got it quick enough before water was able to get inside the protective crate. ... show more

    • Amazing Monitor for the Money! Wow!

This monitor is outstanding for the money! Large 32" display, IPS (1ms!), 165hz, amazing color, vibrant, 1440p. I wasn't sure how much I would like this monitor due to 1440p being ideal for 27", but after playing games and general use, my fears were put to bed. This thing is AWESOME! Games look colorful, sharp, and just AMAZING! Given the quality of the screen and features, this monitor is an amazing deal. Pros: -Colorful IPS screen. Colors look vibrant and whites look great! -1440p (What I was looking for to allow high framerates on my Nvidia RTX 3080). -Fast! 165hz, 1ms. No ghosting on the extreme setting. Very nice! -32" big screen -Bright! -USB-C connectivity for laptops, consoles, etc. Cons -HDR 400. I tested this, and it's not good. At this price-point, you have to expect this. After testing the HDR, I just ended up turning it off. NOTE: The monitor has 2 USB-A ports to plug in peripherals. These only work if a computer is plugged into it via the USB-C port. I wanted to use these to plug in a drawing tablet and USB headphones for my PC. I found out that the only way to make this work is to plug in a long USB-C to USB-A 3.1 gen 2 cable. I plugged the USB-C end of the cable into the USB-C port on the monitor and the USB-A end into the back of my PC. I got an annoying USB message from Windows, but ignored it. All USB devices, included hard drives, now work great plugged into the monitor. If you're looking for an upgrade from a smaller screen size, don't want to go to 4K just yet, and want the satisfaction of getting a good value, look no further!!! ... show more
