I am pleasantly surprised by these earring backs. For the price, I expected something pretty crummy but bought anyways based on previous reviews. I am glad I did! I wear a set of small diamonds and another set of sapphires that are very sentimental to me. Keeping them on my ears is important and the original backs that came with the earrings are...dicey to say the least. This new backs are awesome! They are larger than I thought they would be in diameter but the size isn't obtrusive. They lock nicely on to all of my studs and hold them in place. Really happy with this purchase thus far. These backs are ridiculously huge. I have 3 holes in each ear and these backs are so big they overlap and get caught on each other when I put them on. They’re at least twice the size of the original backs (shown in the picture). They fit the earring posts tightly but the overall size of the back is way too big. I have sensitive ears and most backs and earrings (unless they are gold) irritate my ears. I have been using these all week and these backs are great!
