This is garbage. Locks, zipper tabs broken after first trip. Very flimsy too. Both checked bags caved in. Now we’re on our first vacation in 2 years with crap luggage. And we’re 3 weeks past return option. TERRIBLE and I feel cheated.

Air travel/checked bags: First trip, I picked the bags up they looked like I’d had the luggage for a year. Material isn’t conducive for air travel if you’re checking your bags. Luggage appears as described. However ordered for a Christmas gift and now we are about to take a trip and realized that the handle on the medium luggage is bent and is preventing the handle from easily being raised and lowered. Very disappointed because now I can’t return it.

I was very excited to receive these as a Christmas gift for my husband. However, on our first airplane trip with the suitcases the two large ones completely cracked on the outer shell and the wheels broke off of them. I would like to get these items replaced as they were very expensive and feel that they should’ve been able to make it through more than one airplane trip.
