I canโ€™t say enough about the customer service with this company. First, let me say to be sure to check the weight on this. It is a heavy sink. I ordered this sink for a new home build. It installed nicely. I recently visited my son who had a drain rack In his sink and I did not receive one for mine. So, I decided to order one and opened the listing to get the proper measurements. The listing states it comes with a rack. So, I notified the company that I did not receive the rack. They immediately sent an email with a tracking number for one that had been shipped to me. They followed up to let me know that when I ordered my sink the rack was not included, but they were sending me one anyway. I offered to pay for it and they refused. Excellent communication and excellent service from this company. I love the look of the sink. The rack arrived via FedEx within a few days. They went above and beyond. A+++ ... show more

    • Great looking sink but install is miserable
First of all, this sink is beautiful. Unfortunately, the installation process left a little bit to be desired. Besides needing to build the cabinet for this more or less from scratch the sink also did not come with a template for the counter cutout. The directions say it is because every sink is different, but that doesn't really make sense and is something they could probably easily add. This was not a job for someone inexperienced. The last small issue that I had with the sink is that it is in no way able to be secured to the cabinet. It just sits between the counter and the cabinet. I doubt it will move but there should be SOMETHING to hold it for peace of mind. Overall though I am very happy with my purchase and would probably do it again, but wanted to make sure I left my experience in the review to save those who might not be up for the challenge. ... show more

I spent weeks looking for a affordable farmhouse kitchen sink and this one is it! Dose it stain? Yes! But I always sprinkle some baking soda and lightly brush it with my sponge and it comes right off. Iโ€™ve been using it for over a month now and am very pleased.

The sink was packaged well enoigh so I was pretty happy to see it arrive in one piece, especially given the weight. I built a cabinet for it and on test fitting, noticed one corner significantly higher than the others. Given how these are installed, it presents a very serious issue. The cabinet I built was perfectly square and solid as a rock and it didn't take long to see one corner of the sink was slightly elevated (not flat on the base). As you can see by my photo, the winding-sticks tell the tale. The sink is warped or twisted so even adjusting the base to make the sink "flat" enough to accommodate a quarts countertop, it still won't be right. It is a difference of over 1/8". I bought this at the beginning of the project last year so I could get true dimensions so having had it 4+ months, I doubt they would honor a return. Hope I can make it work or thats $320 down a hole. ... show more

Beautiful. I thought it would be too shallow but my 6qt insta pot bowl and kitchen aid bowl fit in it completely. I am hoping the apron and the large size will help my kids with splashing water all over the cabinets and counters. They have done so much damage in the past.
