I'm a nurse so I wanted my niece to have a doctor set with a lot of accurate details. That's why I chose this set. It seems well made and the tools are perfect for little hands. I don't think the cardboard pill boxes are going to last very long though :) All of the electronics worked out of the box and it only required 2 AAA batteries. I also love that it has a storage compartment. The only thing I will say is I did struggle to put the base together. But once I got it all lined up, it snapped into place and it feels pretty sturdy. Not super solid, but sturdy enough. I would recommend for and kid that likes to play doctor.

Got it for my daughter after her recent visit to the doctor's office. Most of the items have sound and light features, which makes it very engaging. It comes with a nice coat and cap for pretend play. The size is good, and it's quite lightweight, but it topples sometimes when the child drags it. Overall, it's well-packaged and makes a great birthday gift.

Cheap, save your money. The plastic is worse than fast food toys, it feels like something from the dollar tree. It's super small, you would need to be no older than 2-3 for this to be the right height, any older you will be kneeling on the floor to use it. When we were assembling it (there are a lot of pieces) the handle for the door broke and cut my husband. I'd rather spend the money for the mellissa and Doug doctor stand at the price we paid for this. It didn't last three months before it was tossed.

I ordered this for my licensed child care home. My program is based on play. I saw this and thought it was a great toy for the kids to play doctor. I was disappointed in the quality of the plastic, it's flimsy. I ordered a second one to give to a daycare child who unfortunately has to see the doctor regularly before the first one arrived. Had I seen the first one before ordering the second one I would not have ordered it. In theory it's great but product wise it's quite cheap

TL;DR It’s not worth the money. You can more than likely find better quality for the same price. This is a weird toy. It’s half junk, half decent quality. It doesn’t make sense. The items themselves are where the quality comes in, except for the CARDBOARD folded pieces you have to assemble. The plastic pieces seem fairly sturdy, but the cart is rather flimsy and made of thin plastic. The pieces don’t quite snap together like they should. The main door will not stay closed. The tabs just won’t quite reach the little slots to actually latch. The side trays don’t even snap in place. They are just there. If a kid tilts the cart, they’re sliding out. Some of the medical tools are very cheaply made, mainly the stethoscope and the blood pressure cuff.
