After only six months, the lights no longer work and neither the manufacturer or Amazon will repair or replace. I have seen other LED mirrors of the same size that are just as nice looking and have a five year warranty. Buyer beware on this one!

Bought this a year and half ago. Switch has failed. Lights turn on but quickly shut off. Color turns red to blue back to red then off. Have contacted the company to try and get a replacement switch but they cannot provide a repair. Communicated with the Company and they were very responsive. They offered to replace or refund. Based on all the reviews that this problem persist we decided on a refund. Refund has come through. I would rate product poorly but the company backs up there product. ... show more

Mirror arrived in perfect condition. However lacked installation instructions, warranty information or any sort of paperwork. Upon a licensed electrician installing the mirror it will not function correctly. I have reached out to the company to see if they will provide trouble shooting information. The blue and red light will light up but the LEDs will only dimly glow then eventually turn off. I will update this if we receive any information back or if the electrician finds something upon his return. ... show more

    • Great Mirrors--Wish one wasn't broken

We ordered two of these for master bath redo. We were having a lot done--not just the bathroom. I ordered everything early so we would have the dimensions, etc... These mirrors arrived quickly. We opened the boxes and pulled packing away to check for breaks. Neither appeared broken. Then they sat around for two weeks until the electrician removed one to check wiring requirements. The mirror was still fine. Then they sat for another two weeks until it was finally time to install. First mirror went in great. Beautiful. Works great. Bright. Love it. Second mirror was cracked UNDER the corner packing on the bottom two corners. So I pull up Amazon to return it and find we're two days past the return period. If you buy these PULL THEM COMPLETELY OUT OF THE PACKAGING to check. Buyer beware. I wish I had been. ... show more

I purchased two of these mirrors, one for each of my bathroom remodels. One of them works beautifully, the other has been fickle, to say the least. It worked well for about five days then it would sporadically turn on after touching the button. The times that I was able to turn it on, I would have to switch my circuit breaker to turn in off. The company offered a solution by sending a replacement mirror, that had the very same problem! I wasted money on this mirror and the numerous times I had to have an electrician instal and troubleshoot. I wish I had read a review like this before I purchased. Don't waste your money. I'm giving it one star since the other mirror has worked well so far, so you have a 1/3 chance you'll receive a fully functioning mirror. ... show more

This mirror was selected for a remodeling project. It looks elegant and my kids like the light feature. Given that this was in the bathroom, I connected the light to a switch so it does not always stay on. The mirror came well wrapped in a crate and with Prime Shipping was delivered fast. If you're trying to make your bathroom unique this mirror will add a zing to it. The wiring is not the standard black and white as per US electrical code. It's red and blue which caused me to call Decoraport tech support, I was impressed that they answered on the first ring and answered my question immediately. ... show more

Beautiful mirror! Had compliments from my contractors and friends. It's the focal point of my bathroom. I bought 2 and one of the touch button didn't work. Customer service sent me another mirror. I finally installed it and it continues to have intermittent issues & doesn't turn on. There seems to be issues with the touch box. I have 1 mirror without any issues and love it. We have tried to repair as tech support suggested. That's my only complaint. ... show more
