The picture quality is pretty good for the price, it's a nice widescreen, and 200Hz is killer. The only issue is a slight artifacting/ghosting between certain greys that I have only noticed when scrolling on Steam with grey text on a dark background. It is hardly noticeable.

There's not really a problem with the product itself, it's just heavier than one would expect, and the package's handles are liable to break, so pick up the product with care while it's in the box.

Monitor is ok, but not what I expected

I have a Deco Gear 27-Inch 2560x1440 HDR and now this one and let me just say, I'd stick w/ my 27in if I were just looking for a monitor for just gaming. the 200 hz is barely noticeable over 144 hz and the wide aspect of the monitor experience varies depending on what type of game you are playing. I
tested it on both a mmo and an fps, the mmo experience was fine and I feel like you got to see more of the environment w/ the wide monitor. The fps experience was a different story, at times it felt like because of the stretched res things felt more in your face and disorienting to the point where I got nauseous. HOWEVER, after playing w/ the settings it makes a really good secondary monitor for either work or videos/movies. Plenty of space to do things on it and after installing some browser extensions videos and movies look fantastic on it. tl;dr Giving it 4 stars because its not a great "gaming" monitor Gaming experience varies depending on game. Either be good or bad. Great for a second monitor but not a primary one. Decent price for a monitor of this size.

We bought three of the same ones. One for each of our boys. Two of them after only less than a year have stopped working and they never did fully reach the working potential on description. The refund window literally expired one month from purchase.

Almost too good for my PC.

I bought this monitor for a few reasons that it well delivered on. I needed a monitor for digital art. Previously I owed a Sceptre monitor that worked well, but the deadpixels got a hold of it in the end. The color saturation is as good as they claim on the Deco, and i cant find a single deadpixel. I
t has warm/cool light filters as well as a user custom option. Gamma adjustment, and ofc color/light presets. The rear monitor light is customizable by three colors, red/green/blue. you can turn more then one on or off for different hues. Sometimes you can not adjust the screen brightness/backlight if you have it on a preset already (like game or movie etc.) The widescreen and curve is as luxurious as it sounds for the price. However, not all websites and wallpapers will resize well. I upgraded to opera as chrome as having difficulties. So some troubleshooting is needed before getting cozy. The stand is very sturdy and metal. The monitor needs to be tipped pretty far to fall over. The screen itself is well balanced too. But I would say it is very low for me, and it can not be heightened. Its compatible with 100x100 vesa mounts, so I'm personally picking one up for the adjustable height. The Multi-window/monitor feature is nice, but needs some fine tuning. The PIP mode is a little short, so things get stretched. In the P2P mode, everything is squished together to fit, it just doesn't scale well. The PIP mode might be good for notes or something, a research window or other, I'm trying to find a good excuse for it. On the menu wheel there is a controller icon that adds a red/green crosshair/dot. Its perfect. What else is there to say? There are no speakers. I realized after buying it that the audio jack is an out jack. The hdmi/dp cables will transfer sound to the jack for a speaker or headphones. I feel dumb for this. Some reviews mention ghosting, so far me and my boyfriend don't notice any. We tried a few things, Cyberpunk, Dark and Darker, Civ5, OVW, Warhammer, StarCraft. No noticeable ghosting. However, some games struggle to support such a wide screen and need a mod. Starcraft and Terraria seemed to need them from our testing. I really love this monitor, It appears to be a new one for the brand (released dec 12 22 on amazon) and I'm the 15th to write a review as of april 23. I suspect they have a new model to test and are selling it for a lowered price at the moment (when you compare it to others) while they gain reviews. I suggest getting one while the price is below $220. After a 4 year protection plan and shipping you'll spend just under $300 on a monitor where, the only thing stopping it form being $800+ is the fact is not 4K. I added a few photos, but its impossible to do it good justice. Just buy the Damn thing.

Great value for the money.

Great for both watching games and watching 21:9 aspect movies. Super high refresh rate, keeps me from getting headaches and of course no motion blurring on fast moving items.

I'll preface this by saying I'm not a monitor connoisseur and this is the most expensive monitor I've bought, so I have nothing "better" to compare it to, but so far it has exceeded my expectations on clarity, gameplay and colors. I have loved my monitor and am considering saving up for a second!
