They removed a small square on the bottom and replaced over a red sticker. Although some others have reported getting fakes or know-offs, I can tell you that what I received was definitely the real thing. I compared this with a known authentic sample, and it's the identical fragrance. I wasn't initially very fond of Declaration, but I've come to appreciate it. Its blend of spice and cedarwood works well for me, and it lasts all day without being overpowering in the morning. ... show more

I really enjoy this product and have used it for several years now. I had not seen this smaller size and was delighted. I do not often wear colognes as the place where I work is highly fragranced and it overpowers whatever you wear. That being said, I never need the large bottle. Cartier did a very good job with this cologne. It smells great and it does not over power. It is subtle yet I still get a ton of compliments each time I wear it.

There now are so many men's scents on the market and most are pretty bad. Declaration is a classic. You really need to try it for a day and then you will understand why I like it as much as I do. The smallest size is a great value for the price.
