I usually have a problem with this because I wear a large size in a wide width. Théy are very comfortable and warm. The materiàls are not synthetic, except for the soles. Théy have to be because they are not slippery. This ís important in cold weather with snow and ice. These slippers are so cozy, comfortable and warm. They have a flat base without any heal elevation whatsoever. I need this. I like the nice large toebox that doesn't pinch my toes. It has all these comfort features, yet are stylish. Gréat stability. I can wear them indoors and outdóors because they look like shoes. They run large for their size, but they are ok for me bécàuse I wear thicker socks in cold weathér. They wear well, because of the great quality. They are worth every penny óf theír price, ànd I was lucky to get them on sale. Bye bye UGG !!! I was buying UGG slippers for over 15 years but quality was steadily going down to the point where the last pair fell apart after one week of wearing them at home (????) I ordered these and was skeptical because of the price but boy was I wrong !!! AMAZING and MUCH better than UGG. I hate the thought that I threw so much money on UGG slippers over the years - ouch !!! Dearfoams are even more comfortable, with thicker shearling and amazing insole that has more cushioning and better insulation - first time I can sit in my stone tiled nook and feel my feet being actually warm : ))) ! They are also cuter and way sturdier and not to mention the price <3 ! Side note - I find them running true to size. In UGG slippers I had to buy 9, although I usually wear 8 or 8.5 M in normal shoes. For Dearfoams I ordered 8 and that was correct size : ). I ordered pink color and camel color and I found that pink had thicker shearling so I kept the pink ones, but something to keep in mind. If your first pair of slippers comes with somewhat "blah" shearling exchange them for another pair. It is actually expected when one is using true shearling since no animal is identical and also all parts of the sheep do not have the same thickness of either skin or wool. ... show more

I was going to give this item 3 stars, but relented when I realized that almost all companies since Covid have had a quality control issue. The first pair I received had a major flaw. The top toe of the right shoe was actually a top toe of a left shoe. At first I was just going to accept them because after all they only got me from my bed to the kitchen to my closet. But it continued to bug me, so I returned them. The proper shoes were fine, but I’d like to note that the sole is very narrow compared to the outside width of the shoe. I suppose that’s fine for youngsters who wear platform shoes, or ice skate a lot, but I’m in my mid 70s (although fit) and it just doesn’t make me feel particularly stable. It’s ok, though, because as I said, i only wear them between my bedroom, the kitchen and my closet. I picked this product for the price and the fact that it was real leather upper and real sheep fleece inner. I can’t say for sure that it is, but it was advertised so. It is very soft on the inside and so far, my feet don’t get sweaty in them. I not likely to buy another pair. But that’s just personal preference (due to the narrow sole) and has nothing to do with quality. ... show more

These are the warmest, most comfortable slippers I have ever owned. True to size, I can were them around the house without any pinching of other discomfort. I liked them so much I bought a pair each for my husband (who raves about them--yay, finally found a great gift for him!) Because of the sturdy rubber soles, I can go outside and pick up the mail, to the (cold) garage to get the laundry, or just sit and type in comfort. (Cold feet can be a real distraction!). The fabric is warm and sturdy; I chose a brown suede for myself, and navy for my husband--so there's no confusion! They even give good arch support and stretch comfortably over any bunion that may bother you. Don't put up with icy winter feet! Get pairs for the whole family! ... show more
