Excellent seat with back support. While I don't lean back to use the back support much when I'm working, it's nice to have when taking a break. The cushion is very soft and comfortable, no pressure points on the hamstrings like other seats I've tried. I highly recommend it, whether for garage, or just having a stool around the house. I think it's a good height for playing guitar too (although shorter than what one might be used to). ... show more

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this stool if it fits your needs. I really like the quality. The backrest is sturdy and supports me well. It has the larger wheels and rolls nice and smooth. The one issue I have with it is the height. After assembly I realized it's a little short for my liking. It'll work for me just would be better if taller. I have a YouTube channel and have been looking for a studio chair for quite some time. This one caught my eye. I figured if it didn’t work, I’d send it back. I bought the better wheels that popped up under the pictures of the chair I figured I want the best so why not. I am not disappointed and neither will you be. The chair is extremely quiet, small and rolls even with my heavy body on it. this chair will go perfect in a studio or a working office. This Dayton short stool I've had been wanting since my low back shattered ...ouch...I no longer could use my makeup bench because I had to lean over or arch. Finding something LOW plus adjustable AND lumbar support was tough. I have zero regrets, it's very comfortable, the pictures are at 14" it goes 13 to 15. The back rest presses my lumbar just as I needed for pressure for longer tasks. IMPORTANT: I had a cow thinking the hydraulic was broken. It wouldn't work at all. My husband came home and told me they're weight engaged, and showed me it works awesome. I'm 101# right now so it doesn't recognize anyone sitting. Highly recommend! ... show more

Wow what an ordeal purchased this with the upgraded Wheels got the item without the upgraded Wheels emailed and waited the company wanted all of my information I was like I gave that already it's the same information nothing has changed so it took over a month for them to get my wheels to me and 100 bucks no I don't think it's worth a hundred bucks.
