  • Crisp feel, gets better over time
Color: Natural Linen Size: Queen
These linen sheets feel different right out of the box—more crisp than soft—but after a few washes they break in nicely. They stay cool at night and don’t trap heat, which is a big plus. Quality feels solid, stitching is clean, and the fabric has that natural linen look without feeling rough. Not the cheapest option, but they feel durable and worth it if you want something breathable that holds up. ... show more

  • Could be a perfect product except for one (big) defect.
Color: Natural Linen Size: California King
I really like all aspects of this sheet set except for one little problem (hence the 2 star review), which I’ll get to in a moment. The great: after washing, the fabric has a really nice soft feel to it. It is different from cotton feel and so much nicer. It is strange because it feels a bit rough to the hand but it is still super soft. A strange contradiction but I find it soothing and helps me sleep. The weight of the fabric is also great - nice and heavy but not so much that it will warm you up. More like that it is a quality weight to it and they didn’t skimp on thickness using cheaper materials. The good: the construction is very well done. The seems are all even and well finished. They did a good job on sewing and finishing the sheets and pillow cases. Could be improved: I wish they put labels on the fitted sheets that said either “side” or “top/bottom”. It’s a small thing that many other fitted sheet makers do but it is helpful. The problem: after washing and putting on the fitted sheets, I found a clear defect in the material where a big tuft of material was pulled out of the fabric and created a clear weak spot. There is no question that it will tear here and ruin the fitted sheet. I’m sad about this as everything else is perfect. Unfortunately, I’ve already washed the sheets and don’t think I can return it now. I should have looked harder before washing them but now I’m stuck with a defective product that won’t last. If it wasn’t for this issue, it would be a 5 star review! (But it’s kind of a big issue) Update 7/17/25: the seller reached out to me and graciously and completely solved my issue. I’m really impressed at how well they handled this - I wish all sellers were this good! Changing my review to 5+++ stars. I would absolutely buy from this seller again! ... show more

  • I’m sold on Linen!!!
Color: Natural Linen Size: Queen
Night 1 I’m sold!!! I had an immediate improvement in my DEEP sleep. I have never hit over 7% in the past year of measuring. First night using these linens and other organic blankets and pillows I hit 14% DEEP sleep on night 1 (Doubled). Hope it continues. Quality appears to be excellent and well constructed. Fitted sheet fit my mattress well and flat sheet was true to size. Noting I washed them prior to placing on bed. Texture is not plushy soft, but soft enough and I’m sure it will improve with continued use and washings, from what I read in other reviews. Upon opening, I was nicely surprised on the weight of the sheets at 170 gsm. Not paper thin and not to thick. I feel the 170 gsm is perfect for all season use. Very breathable and my temperature stayed regulated well through night. As long as they hold up and I continue sleeping well, I will be purchasing another set in the near future. ... show more

  • Seem like good quality sheets, temperature-regulating, no shrinking after wash
Color: Natural Linen Size: King
I read lots of reviews about these before buying, so I was a little worried about 1) possible shrinkage after washing and drying, and 2) the roughness of the sheets. Just got mine and washed & dried them. WOW there was SO MUCH lint in the lint trap after drying, lol. The sheets are still just a bit rough after this first wash, but they did not shrink at all and fit my king-size bed perfectly. And they were really comfortable despite the minor roughness. I bet they will continue to get softer with each wash. I am perimenopausal and really liked the way these sheets regulated my temperature last night! I never woke up burning hot like I normally do. ... show more

  • Great Linen sheet set
Color: Natural Linen Size: Queen
I was hesitant to buy linen sheets as I had read they are very rough. These sheets were good after the first wash. But after the second wash, they are even better. No odor, stays put on mattress. While they do wrinkle, I prefer to have natural sheets to sleep on without harsh chemical processing.

  • High Hopes for Ultimate Softness
Color: Natural Linen Size: King
I was at an AirBnB recently and the bed had THE SOFTEST sheets I've ever slept in! They were white linen (brave for an AirBnb, right?). I sneaked a peek at the tag. These were them! I treated myself to the same sheets in the flax linen color, which is a nice, neutral color. The pockets on the fitted sheet are nice and deep so it fits the mattress well. They are not as soft yet as the inspo ones I slept in, but I understand it takes a bunch of washings before linen sheets get super soft. I've only washed them twice so far and I'm still waiting for the hint of stiff-linen-scratchiness to disappear. PSA: definitely wash before the first use. The amount of fibers that come out in the dryer is unbelievable! Clean the lint screen after! ... show more

  • Live Clean
Color: Natural Linen Size: Queen
Linen is the only thing we sleep on. DAPU is pure and here are some reason I love this product. My first set is still like new (5 years old). I wash them and line dry - dries faster than the machine. Linen sheets offer a range of benefits that make them a popular choice for bedding: Breathability: Linen is highly breathable, allowing for excellent airflow and keeping you cool in hot weather. This breathability also helps wick moisture away from the body, promoting a more comfortable sleep. Durability: Linen is known for its strength and durability. With proper care, linen sheets can last for many years, often outlasting other types of bedding materials. Comfort: Although linen starts off feeling crisp, it becomes softer and more comfortable with each wash, while still retaining its durability. It offers a unique textured feel that many people find soothing and luxurious. Temperature Regulation: Linen naturally regulates body temperature, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter. This thermoregulatory property is due to its moisture-wicking and breathable nature. Hypoallergenic: Linen has natural antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties, making it suitable for sensitive skin or those prone to allergies. It resists dust mites and is resistant to fungus and bacteria growth. Environmental Friendliness: Linen is made from flax plant fibers, which require less water and pesticides to cultivate compared to other crops used in textiles. It is biodegradable and recyclable, making it a sustainable choice. Stylish Appearance: Linen sheets have a timeless, elegant appearance with a slightly wrinkled texture that adds a relaxed yet sophisticated look to any bedroom decor. Absorbency: Linen can absorb up to 20% of its weight in moisture before feeling damp, which contributes to its comfort and ability to keep you dry and comfortable throughout the night. Overall, linen sheets are a luxurious choice that offers both comfort and practical benefits, making them a favorite among those who prioritize quality sleep and sustainable living. • Definitely an excellent value, and definitely better than cotton! So cool and comfy
Color: Natural Linen Size: Queen
Update 2022: I've had these sheets for close to 2 years now and still love them! ----- I live in Arizona and we've had a heat wave for weeks now. My old cotton sheets were smothering to lay on, even without a top sheet - every point where my body came into contact with the bed would become hot and sweaty. I woke up most mornings to gross, damp sheets; kinda felt like sleeping in a swamp. Linen is supposed to be more breathable and ideal for both hot climates and hot sleepers. I'm on a tight budget and the prospect of paying close to $300 for a basic set of linen sheets was unacceptable, given that I've never so much as touched linen before and had no idea if I would like it. I was also kind of desperate to try anything that might make sleeping at night more bearable, so $130 seemed like a good compromise. I did a ton of reading before I bit the bullet and decided that if linen really is so comfortable and does last 5-10 years, or even 20-30 like some people claim, it was worth a try. The price on these is just right. The stitching is admittedly not the best quality, but after just one night using these sheets I know I love linen. No hotspots between me and the bed, no sweat-bogs in the morning, no waking up in the middle of the night to chug water because I sweated myself dry. I got the natural linen color and I love the textural look and feel of them. The texture is actually not as rough as I'd expected, although I certainly wouldn't call it soft. It's very pleasant to sleep on, however - I love the way the linen drapes over me rather than clings, and the way it catches the air when you toss it over the bed. People have different preferences for texture so linen may not be to everyone's taste, but it is to mine. I will probably branch out at some point and try other brands, but I'm very glad I tried this brand first. It's definitely a huge improvement over my old sheets and a great value. ---------- A few brief points to make: 1. I've never tried any other brand of linen, so I can't speak to the quality compared to others. 2. I can say that compared to cotton, these sheets are a godsend. They didn't just absorb sweat better than cotton, I actually sweated less. They feel cool to the touch when I crawl into bed in the evening, and stay that way. 3. Although the stitching is not the best I've seen, it's not bad, either. These sheets are worth it if you live in a hot climate or would like to try linen for any other reason. The pockets seem huge and I wasn't sure they would fit properly on my bed, but the elastic is generous enough that it cinched all the extra fabric neatly under the mattress - no chance that the corners will pop off while I sleep. The pillowcases do have an envelope closure. 4. I've read some reviews about a bad odor when you first open the package; mine were fine and went directly on the bed. 5. I've also read reviews about holes developing in the fabric too soon; I can't speak to that yet, but I'll update later as these sheets age. I will say that linen is said to be more durable than cotton overall, but not as elastic; if you use high heat or crease your sheets too much (throwing them into the dryer in a tangled wad, folding them too tightly in storage, etc) the creases are prone to giving out because the fibers break. I don't know if that has any relevance, but it's good to know for general care. I've also read that fabric softener stiffens the fabric as well as making it less breathable and absorbent; that may also be a factor. If these sheets develop holes even without excessive creasing and fabric softener, I'll make a note of it as that would be a serious quality issue. Long review, but I'm kind of astounded by how well linen sheets breathe. It may actually be a life-changer if I sleep this well every night. ... show more
