I received these sandals today and wore them in the house to make sure they were a good fit for me. I like them and would like to purchase them in another color, but the price recently increased. Pros: They are lightweight and comfortable. The ankle strap provides good support when walking up and down stairs, when holding laundry, and good arch support, which is rare in sandals. The velcro strap makes it easy to find the proper support for your ankle. The leather is soft. I wear a nine regular, and the 8.5-9 was perfect. They don't feel big or clunky. Cons: The website should have indicated it's not a genuine buckle but a velcro closure. The neutral color has a very slight greenish tint. Update: It's been two months, and I still enjoy these sandals. I average 10,000 steps a day, and my feet don't mind. The khaki is not tan, it's more of a light sage, but still works with more outfits. ... show more

I haven't worn them yet, but I've tried them on and I'm in love! They're comfy, light, and so stylish and versatile. Super BIG bonus that the buckle is actually velcro for easier faster fastening - no fiddling with the strap and buckle to get these shoes on.

The color was not what I expected. Little darker and more gray than I thought. The toe fit was wide as well. Debated returning them but kept them. I have worn a few times. Overall comfortable. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Upfront, I will admit that I am a huge Dansko fan so Ii might be biased in this review... I LOVE these sandals. I've bought both the black and the tan. - Cushioned insole - Velcro closure around the ankle strap, so very adjustable - Insole has adequate support for my high arches - The "Look"- under pants, it almost looks like a regular shoe, not a sandal because of the band across the toe area but with a skirt, it still looks lightweight, not clunky - Tan color seems to disappear with my skin tone (I have very light caucasian skin). Color is authentically "tan", no heavy yellow or orange color to it. My one "not-so-great" is that the strap across the toe area is not adjustable and it's just a bit snug above my high arches but I've solved that using a shoe stretcher which works really well because the material is leather. Love these and highly recommend! ... show more
