I am a teacher who is on her feet all day! I have worn through countless pairs of shoes. I prefer not to work in tennis shoes because I like to look nice. I struggle to find shoes that I am comfy in all day long, and upon recommendation from a friend, I bit the bullet and bought these. They were super comfortable from the moment I first wore them. They are quiet when you walk, very supportive, easy on and off with the velcro strap that looks like a hook, and stylish! I have since bought three more pairs from Dansko. This is my new go-to brand and spending the extra money is well worth it. I should also add that they breathe very well, my feet do not sweat in these, and they hold up beautifully. I have worn them like crazy and yet they still look brand new.

I have been trying to purchase this shoe through the Walking Co for ages, but it was always shown as sold out in my size (6). I decided to look on Amazon and viola, they offered it through another vender. I usually have a great deal of trouble finding comfortable sandals, but Dansko sandals have been my answer. This shoe has an adjustable velcro strap over the toes which provides a more custom fit. It also has an adjustable velcro strap over the front of the ankle. The shoe fits nicely over my high arch as well. It's a great shoe!

I ordered these shoes based on the numerous five star reviews and they did not disappoint! Really nice sandals, they may run a smidge small, I ordered a half size up. Love the velcro closures which make for an easy, custom fit. Good arch support, which is critical to my comfort. The style of these sandals nicely camouflages my flaws--bunions and flat feet. I liked them so much, I ordered a second pair, one in camel, the other in black. The sandal goes with everything, from jeans to dresses. The price is more than fair. Thank you, Dansko! Highly recommended!

Since I suffer from plantar fasciitis, I am happy to have found this brand and these sandals. They are very comfortable, offer great arch support for me, and are very lightweight. Plus, they're super cute for summer dresses, etc. I like the fact that the insole has a fabric lining instead of leather, plastic, or any other synthetic material as it keeps your feet from getting sweaty in summer temperatures. I also have a bunion, so the velcro straps help with that. The only issue I have with these are the sizing. I ordered a 38, having gone off the chart that said that was the recommended size to order for an 8. My toes were hanging off the front of the sandal, it actually looked quite ridiculous. I feel like they're about a size off. I have since ordered a 40 from a different site and used measurements as a guide. The 40 fits me perfectly, with a little bit of room at the toe area, and looks much more normal, not like I'm trying to cram my foot into a too small sandal lol . Aside from the sizing issue, the sandals are great. A great shoe for those who need more arch support.

I recently bought these before a trip to Singapore (which is VERY hot and humid, so I needed sandals) that involved a lot of walking. I've never owned Danskos, though I know of their reputation - my go-to for quality sandals with my wide feet with high arches is typically Vionics. However, I couldn't find any brown Vionics sandals that I liked, so I took the chance on these despite the price. I'M A DANSKO BELIEVER. First, these are really comfortable. Despite the fact that I walked A LOT in them, I just had generally soreness from being active. My feet were actually in really good shape after wearing these. Secondly, as someone with wide feet but thin ankles, I LOVE the adjustability of the straps. Both the toe region and top region straps are velcro, so can be adjusted as you need. I got the perfect fit every time I put them on. And third, and EQUALLY important, these don't look overly orthotic. I like to take care of my feet and have pre-existing ankle and arch issues, but I want to look cute! Thanks for making a great shoe, Dansko. ETA: It’s 2023, four years since I wrote this review, and these shoes are still going strong!
