Dansko always comes through - I can't live without their arch support. This arch is less than some styles, but more than others. Also, the footbed is pretty hard. I haven't worn these anywhere yet (winter) so I'll try to update when I get to actually wear them outside of the house. This shoe is beautiful and comfortable in design and in construction but entirely inconsistent with Dansko's typical sizing. This sandal runs surprisingly large (by an entire size). Because of this, the front straps are loose and there is no way to adjust their tightness. The shoe box was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag without protection or padding. I’ve been buying Dansko sandals and shoes for years and have truly relied on their support and comfort. I really wanted to buy a cute pair of fun sandals for the summer, a d got these in yellow. Dansko changed their cushioned arch support foot bed into a very dense and hard one. Can’t say I love them as they are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
