When I opened the box, I was a little concerned because the shoes looked narrow, but surprisingly, the are roomy enough even for a heavier weight sock without my foot feeling squeezed. If you need built in arch support, these shoes have it. I am used to taking out the insole and replacing it with my custom arch support, but with the Dansko Peony, I didn’t have to. They are lightweight and have a nice cushiony feel, but with some structure built in. I wish they came in a better selection of colors (I ended up with the white), but these will work for me. Also, they come with two different types of shoelaces. One is a flat elastic, which would be a good option if your feet are a bit wider, and the other is a round lace which worked better for me. I haven’t gone for a long walk yet, but I think these shoes will keep my feet comfortable.

I wish it had a bigger toe box because the shoe kinda squeezes my foot at the top I end up getting corns on my little toes. As far as walking and cushion they are great, feels like walking on a cloud.

i got these shoes because i heard great reviews of the brand. they are comfortable and lightweight. they are 100% true to size and have great support. they took 2-3 wears to break in, but they feel great once you’re used to them. the only downside is that i got them less than 3 months ago and they are already starting to fall apart.

I really liked these shoes to begin with, but after about 3 weeks, the bottom started peeling off and now they hurt my feet so bad because they are not balanced and I constantly get stuck and catch myself tripping on the pieces of the sole that are peeling off.
