Dansko definitely knows what they're doing in creating footbeds that offer the most relief possible. I have very problem feet and I can actually forget about them when I'm walking in these sandals. I wear a 7.5-8 in Dansko shoes but a 6.5-7 in sandals. The 6.5-7 fit perfectly. The shoe is all manmade material and light as a feather.

These sandals have a great wide and cushy footbed, with great arch support. The upper strap material is somewhat stiff plastic, and rubs a little around the toe, but is getting better with wear. I have the Dansko Reece, similar style but soft leather and cork. Super comfy. If these soften up, they’ll be great too.

I wanted flip flops to wear around the house during the summer. I was looking for a foot bed that would handle getting wet, as I often walk outside and in my flower garden with my "house shoes" on. The Katy is the best they ever made - supportive, comfortable, practical - and my pair finally died after years. I replaced them with another pair -forget the style name, but they have suede foot beds, and although comfortable, not what I wanted. So, I tried these. They are hard plastic uppers that I don't think would ever, in a million years, become comfortable. The foot beds were more plastic, with soft-ish support. These may be great to wear On the beach, but walking To the beach would require, for me, another shoe. These are not worth the money for a shoe to walk On a beach - I can get that at Walmart - for the same quality. Needless to say, these went back into the box after a quick trip around my living room, and back to Amazon for a return. I had high hopes that were dashed at lightspeed.

I gave this product 2 stars for the style, however they are unwearable due to the stiff material at the toe. I bought them in February for an April trip to NOLA. Initially tried them on, a perfect fit. Two months later when I wore them, I ended up with a serious blister on my R large toe within an hour. Tried to wear them again a month later & a worse blister developed after wearing them again for less than an hour. Sadly, out of the return window, so I'll have to chalk it up to experience. So wanted them to break in but the stiff material won't budge.

These are like the love child of Danskos and Crocs. Crocs are WAY TOO SOFT for me and don't offer enough arch support or even foot support for that matter. Love Danskos but sometimes have an issue with width. These are a tiny bit wide for me, but still work wonders for my arch support and plantar fasciitis, AND they work to (mostly) cover my bunion... without irritation! The material is all man-made so they clean up to look like brand new with a quick damp cloth wipe or a rinse under the sink. Really can't emphasize enough the support of these amazing flops!!!🙏🙏🙏 Getting ready to order the other colors now.

I bought these because I saw a lady wearing them at a local store. I originally ordered the 7 and a half because I have another pair of Dansko shoes that are 7 1/2 and they fit great. These however, were a bit short. I returned them and ordered the 8. I have had them about two weeks. I’ve worn them every day and my feet haven’t hurt. I usually can’t wear flip flops because I have plantar fasciitis and also they make the bones on the top of my feet hurt. These HAVEN’T. And they are pretty cute.
