My feet are somewhat wide in the middle, although my toe spread isn't that wide. Even shoes that seem like they fit can end up causing severe cramps in my feet if they're too narrow in the wrong spots. These are perfect. As soon as I slipped them on they felt like a perfect fit. I'm an 8-8.5 depending on brand, and occasionally have some swelling, so I went with size 39. My heel doesn't go all the way to the back, but they don't feel too big, so I think it'll just be nice to have extra room if my feet swell a little. The toe box is nice and wide, the middle of the shoe is snug and supportive, and they don't flop around when I walk, which surprised me for a backless clog like this. They're comfortable walking, they're comfortable standing, and they're so cute. They seem very high quality - the leather is beautiful. Definitely my new favorites. ... show more

I love Dansko shoes. My feet have issues. For example, hammertoes have plenty of room to be comfortable for all day comfort. The sole is hard, which provides good arch support and fixed my plantar fasciitis. The Mary Jane style is nice with dresses, too.

So I have big (10.5-11) and wide feet. I ordered up a size because I feel that for me, Dansko runs small/narrow. I have several pair. So I ordered 11.5-12!!!!
