I am so in love with these booties! I wear them barefoot. I'm sure in winter I will wear socks with them, but for now I am so comfy without socks. These help my feet tremendously. These are my favorite shoes right now. Switching out all of my other booties to just have these in every color. I now have black and dark brown. They fit like a soft cushy glove on my feet and at the end of a long day my feet aren’t tired or sore. They are so cute with everything! I have worn mine with jeans, slacks and dresses. I DID...Have to buy a shoe horn ( I bought a long handled one on here that had one day shipping) but once I tried putting them on with the shoe horn my feet slid right in and as I said before, they fit just like a glove. Love these! After finding a style and brand of jeans that fit & feel good, I bought several pair. The only problem was they didn't work with any of my knee length or ankle boots. These are perfect 👌. These are my current favorite shoe. I have worn Danskos for years and generally wear a 38. I have had very bad luck their ordering boots, they are almost always too wide and don’t fit right. Many of the negative reviews of this boot complained about how big they fit, so I ordered down to a size 37. They are absolutely perfect:) I wore them the first time without socks and they are as comfortable as my most worn clogs. I can also wear socks with them- just not thicker ones. After inheriting lousy knees and hips, and living in practically nothing but Birkenstocks and Danskos for decades, I am 100% positive I wear a size 41. I ended up having to send the 41 in these boots back and replace for a size 40, which fit perfectly. They're my new go-to shoe with rolled-cuff skinny boyfriend/girlfriend jeans, and also look great with tights and a black cashmere dress. Compared to traditional Dansko clogs, these boots have a slightly roomier instep (the part that crosses the highest part of the foot), are less sloppy in the toe box, and have a softer-feeling footbed. They're very supportive throughout the entire foot and have excellent, neutral arch support. I found them to be comfortable right out of the box. Like many other buyers I have worn the Maria and love it so much. The Barbara is a bit wider and clunkier but I have been wanting something like a Blundstone to muck around in on walks and the Blundstones just don’t suit my foot shape. Barbara fits the bill. Comfortable from moment one, sturdy (though the nubuck will probably mush out over time). I always wear a 40 and this is a little big but good with thick socks, or if you are ok wearing a clog that has some give. Please make this and the Maria in smooth leather rather than nubuck and I will be a fan for life! ... show more
