I bought this for my granddaughter for her 18th birthday and she absolutely loves it I don't know how many times she's thanked me for it this thing is huge 11 ft long and just perfect for laying out and tanning on it on the lake I would recommend

The paddleboard is great and solid. The customer interface is sadly lacking--seriously sadly. There are no instructions or videos on the website on inflation and deflation. The printed instructions require "a suitable gasket". What is that all about? The couldn't include a hose washer with the entire system? I pumped it up without one, so I don't know why that is important. Then, it talks about a knob to tighten or loosen for double or single action. There is no knob! Have no idea what the difference is between double and single action is. I pumped like crazy until it was too hard and it still wasn't near the green zone of 12-15psi. (I'm 5'4" woman.) Had to ask for help from a 6'3" man. Ouch. Tried contacting customer service and it was a useless circular conversation taking 24 hrs for each response. Realistically, it feels like a regular paddleboard, but the inflating/deflating process is so hard and time consuming that we won't do that unless absolutely necessary. Good on the product. So-so on the Ease of Use. Zero for Customer Satisfaction/Service/Interface. Averages to only 3 stars.
