I thought this was a great bag. I bought the 172 so I could fit my 164 or hopefully my 159 in it. Both boards fit great. Was able to pack boots, and two sets of gear no problem. Easy to zip when full. Like the “padding/insulation”, not too much not too little. Also the locking zipper was nice for air travel... didn’t even see that on the description🤷🏼♂️. The contour on the shoulder strap was a nice addition as well. Overall quality that you’d expect from Da Kine. Wish I could get a different color but shipping is always a problem for us up here in AK, I’m just glad I could get a decent bag period without having to pay a ton to ship it here. ... show more

I haven’t used it yet however i was able to put boots helmet base layer mid layer and outer shell clothes in it aswell, even my hemet fits. It doesn’t have a snoboarc tie down strap, but once you fill the bag nothing will move. In addition with all the gear i just mentioned its still under 40 lbs. loaed which will work for the airlines. ... show more

I had this snowboard bag for 2 years now. It's still holding up well with no tears damage to the pockets, zippers, and stuff. I've taken it roughly on 6 trips so thats around 12 flights through airports loaded with 2 snowboards, bindings, boots, jacket and pants and it's held up. Overall I recommend it. The clips for the shoulder strap are plastic so I expect that to be the first thing to go however they haven't yet. Usually I make sure to support the bag with my arm instead of putting all the weight into the shoulder strap. I have a 164 snowboard and it fits in there just barely. ... show more
