It is impressively lightweight, less than 1.8 kg. So even if you have a complete set, there are no additional fees for luggage. In addition, it packs tightly for easy storage when not in use.

Each bag fit a 148cm snowboard with bindings to include: helmet, goggles, snow pants, jacket, backpack, gloves as well as a tune/wax/multi-tool kit. The stitching on all sides were solid. The bag is built to last. Heavy duty material, quality zippers, quality stitching, handle, shoulder strap are designed to take abuse. This bag is being used for kites and it should be marketed that way also, plenty of room and the additional outside pocket is perfect. Purchased the large bag for my longer kites and liked this bag so much I just ordered the smaller bag for the remainder of my kites and gear. The bag is well padded inside and durable on the outside. The color scheme is very cool and it has a nice tight slot for your ID tag. There is also a convenient side pouch for mitts or another flat item. The bag traveled well through the airport and kept my gear well protected. Holds up well and fits all of my equipment including board, boots, helmet, and all snow clothes. Has enough padding especially if you are adding other clothes to the bag. Board clips in with buckle to hold it in place as well. Right size for airlines, had no issues with Southwest or Alaska, haven’t had any issues. I love love love this bag. I am a skiier not snowboarder, but I own two pairs of skis 146cm, and 150cm. The 157cm bag fits them both (at the same time!) really well! That was my criteria for a bag- that I could fit both my skis in at the same time and most of the ski bags I found were too snug in the waist to fit two pairs of bindings, and then also waaaay too long. The padding is 360 so it feels really protected. I also tried my golf clubs in the bag and it fits without being snug. It is SO SO nice to have a single sports travel back that can work for all my hobbies! Year round travel with this thing! I am a small person, and find it more convenient to have a shoulder strap to carry my gear than to roll another bag- my suitcase rolls, and having the shoulder strap means I still have one hand free, so I prefer this bag over some of the roller snowboard bags I tried. ... show more
