I really like these bindings. It's a little tricky to get clicked in when standing on a side hill and I still need to figure out the nuances but they are quite responsive and easy to get out of. Way better than using the straps!

I've been boarding for ~35 years, prefer blues and blacks, ride with moderate "send it" energy, love me my butters, medium kickers, powder, some park, some backcountry (but I hate hiking so rarely). I haven't sat down to strap in since I was 17 (now 50) and can usually strap in while riding, so I've never found strapping in hard or time consuming, and I've always been an old-school hater of step-ins BUT I demo'd these and I'm never going back! I thought I was good at strapping in before but now I'm in straight off the lift without pause, control feels even tighter, edge control is Samurai-level, and no amount of ice or snow messes with me getting in or out. This is my first time using step ons of any kind for my snowboard and I absolutely love them. Can't imagine going back to having to sit down and take the annoying amount of time and energy to strap in, get back up, and get going. It takes some getting used to when first using these, but after a couple of runs it'll feel great! S/O to Burton for saving my time, energy, and hip/back! (Maybe I shouldn't be snowboarding If I'm saying things about my hip/back.. Haha!) ... show more

So much easier than bending over and trying to get straps and clasps to line up. I got the corresponding Photon Step On boots. I was amazed how responsive these bindings are. I have never had a single issue with them coming out. And now I have more time and energy to spend going down the hill rather than wasting it at the top. ... show more
