As a result of having a loc installation done in September, to be precise, two of the locs came out exactly one month after the third of September. Free of charge, the loctician reattached the locs to the hair. It was in November that ten locs came out. I made another phone call to the loctician to inform her of yet another predicament. This time, she wanted to charge 300.00 to fix what she did wrong!!!!!! While you are all reading the review, it is reasonable to assume that the installation was carried out incorrectly; however, that is an entirely different story. 800.00 dollars thrown away!!!! So that I could rectify the mistake that the other loctician had made, I went to see a skilled loctician. On Amazon, I went to look at the available reviews. Compared to the reviews of Daixi, the other reviews were not even close. On November 25, 2023, I made the purchase. The size is 14 inches, and there are ten strands. The color is 0.8 centimeters, size #1. My hair was styled with NAPSTARR, which is a complete and utter debacle!!!! Please keep this in mind: if you decide to get loc extensions, you must inquire about the hair type the beautician uses. DAIXI locs were installed; the loctician was very impressed with the quality. I purchased 10 inch 0.6 black 100 strands. I didn’t take into account how long my hair was and these locs were very long after attaching them. I did a loc detox with ACV and shampoo about three times to get rid of a “chemical” like smell, itchiness and stiffness. This was my first time doing loc extensions and I was very pleased with the quality. I did have to comb the loose end part out once I washed the locs because they had bunched up. The locs look so natural and don’t feel heavy. Not super light weight either. Once they are washed they lose the stiffness. I ended up cutting them because I didn’t want all that weight on my head, pulling on locs especially the edges. I did purchase 20 pieces of 8 in 0.4 for my edge because my locs are smaller around the edges. Wish I would have purchased some loose kinky hair to fill in some of the thinness on some of my locs where they connected. Overall, I’m am very pleased and plan on dyeing them. In hindsight I would have just purchased the 6 inch to save some money. I can not say whether or not they are actually human locs. But I would definitely recommend! Each bundle comes with a rat tail comb, locing tool and instructions on how to care for the locs.

the first time i ordered this hair it was soft with a human hair texture but this last time i ordered the hair was stiff hard itchy like wire even after 3 washes soaks and boil rinse. i was highly disappointed because i bragged about how great the hair bundles i received before was. i have to get a refund. this hair is to expensive to be of such poor quality.

The media could not be loaded. Let me help y’all heifers out. If you want to use this hair listen very closely. IT SMELLS. You must wash it several times. I soaked it in ACV / hot water for 40 minutes. Then soaked in conditioner for 10 minutes and then rinsed. Repeat conditioner 6x. This hair has to be washed many time before install. If the hair smells while it’s drying, then well hunny that’s how you will smell, so you better wash it again first. If it still smells then keep washing before install. Trust me. If you don’t wash thoroughly , you will get rash and itch like crazy. Looks good and if installed properly it will last. Good luck.
