Let me preface by saying that I am from the south of Lebanon (slightly biased here), and my family has olive groves, so I know a thing or two about olive oil. I’ve sampled some great oils from all across the Mediterranean basin, as we as beyond, but I always go back to this. The olive oil has a smooth, rich flavour to it and a velvety feel. There’s a tiny pepper-ish finish towards the end that kicks in just at the right time, with just enough power to have you crave some more. I like this olive oil by Daher. It is Extra virgin olive oil. Its smooth and not bitter. I use it on everything like dips, salads, meats and more. I recommend buying Daher Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It's really good.
