Have been struggling with raccoons digging holes in my small lawn. After three years of lights, sounds, lawn chemicals, the holes were still an issue. I even saw the two critters one night and they just sauntered off after yelling at them. Researching other deterrent issues, I came across the idea of using netting. Easily unrolled this netting and with a few garden stakes (with red ribbon), placed the netting around the lawn periphery. No raccoons on the lawn for three weeks! I'm also still securing access points and hope when I finally pull up the netting, they will have moved on else where. To cut grass, just roll back the netting and then put back down with a few red ribboned stakes. I used two rolls for this project. My yard has 6 ft walls and they have to climb to enter.

I actually used product to protect my tomatoes from a squirrel who liked to eat green ones. This netting totally put a stop to it and I am now able to enjoy vine ripened fruit.
