I’ve never lost a stone from one of these. They hold up great, do not tend to fall out (unless I am intensely blowing my nose), do not irritate my sensitive skin, and would be great for someone new to a nose piercing, as l hooks tend to fall out much easier. These are very easy to use. I feel like they won’t fall out. The color is great. The quality is good. The thickness of the ones that don’t close for the hoops is too thick but the ones that too close is nice and thin. This is the 2mm one, and it’s a very cute, dainty stud. Not too small, not too big—it’s just perfect. Very sparkly, and the metal is high-quality stainless steel. My skin is usually very picky and reacts to almost any metal, but with this one, I haven’t had any reaction. This is my second stud after piercing my nose.
