I like how big the spikes are as they really show on my nostrils. Only downside to these is that they aren’t threaded well and I’m afraid the spikes are gonna come off.

Description says it doesn't cause irritation but I only had mine in for a few hours and it left my sensitive ear irritated. And I only tested it in my left ear. Don't buy this if your ears are sensitive to earrings. Inaccurate description.
