  • Excellent sizable pedalboard. .
Size: 2 Rows Style: Pedalboard
Excellent sizable pedalboard. Being able to expand as needed is a wonderful option. Certainly worth the price paid. I went from opening the box, to completing the board and power routing, in under 2 hours. Easy to build and strong construction. Very nice and very pleased.

  • Fantastic if you constantly change your board!
Size: 1 Row Style: Bag
So I've been gigging this board pretty heavily over the past year, tons of bars, local events, and outdoor shows and I really REALLY love this board. I'm constantly changing up what I bring to shows depending mostly on the size of the venue, as done local venues are pretty tight with a band of 5 people, and sometimes I just like to bring less stuff as a challenge or to simplify my thought process though the gig. Either way this thing has been really solid, really usable, and really fun to evolve my board constantly. The ONLY thing I've had to repair on this board was one of the rubber feet. The threads on the board to screw it into stripped out (most likely from rough handling on my end) but because of the design of the board it was VERY easy to install a few nuts on the foot to reattach it tightly. This thing has seen a lot of use and has been banged around a lot, so one tiny repair is no problem at all. If you like to change up what you bring to a gig, I'd highly recommend you try one of these! ... show more

  • Loving it. Great for changing up pedal combinations and demos
Size: 1 Row Style: Pedalboard
Loving this pedalboard from D’Addario called XPND. Yep, you can expand and stretch it to suit your pedal needs. Great for demoing different pedal combos. Assembling it was a bit confusing at first but it’s straightforward once you identify the parts. At its shortest, it can fit four Boss sized-pedals and eight at its longest. You can fit a slim power supply underneath it too since the feet can be raised slightly. It’s pre-Velcro’ed (loop side) and it comes with three strips of Velcro hook tape. The included cable management clips are a big help for tidying up the dreaded power wires. Made with sturdy but lightweight metal, I think this pedal is made to last and it screams quality all around. Definitely a good pickup. 👍 ... show more

  • Worth the price
Size: 2 Rows Style: Pedalboard
Guitar pedals, by their most basic design, are tools of experimentation. There may be some pedals that are set-it-and-forget-it items in our rig, but the rig itself will always be in danger of adding or subtracting the number of pedals you are experimenting with. In my situation, I use a Moog Minitaur bass synth that I control with the smaller model of Arturia MIDI controller. I also use an unusually shaped Moogerfooger that I have never been able to have facing upright in a case or pedalboard, until now. Additionally I am able to include an ED Bit Commander, a DBA Total Sonic Annihilation, a JPTR FX Jive, and a Biyang reverb, and that is not even fully extending the board. If you have pedals with all the plugs in the back, you will be able to set those up side-to-side with the best use of space. If you have stereo pedals though, or effects loops that come out of the sides, you will be more likely to line them up on each beam of veclro-covered metal where their cables bear-hug that strip. The velcro on the pedal-board is pre-attached with the soft side of the veclro being on top and bottom of each strip. For you to get the absolute most out of this pedalboard, you will want to manage all your power underneath, and there is not a ton of clearance down there, so I had to velcro my power strip with the edge of the power strip (not the bottom) stuck to the underside, in a way that exposes more of my power set-up than my old inset case did. I like an industrial look, bot not a chaotic look, and this pedalboard delivers on that. The Daddario logo does feature on the sides, but it is not emplazoned in a jumbo size like some gear logos. I prefer a nice discrete set-up where my hand movements are visible, and the gear is well-secured, with the plugs and switches more visible that the wires they connect with. This unit delivers on all those levels, even if the price is a bit high. I will say this, the unit is wildly durable and even a tad heavier than I expected, but that also means that if you find one of these used for a good price, get it because it is unlikely to be severly damaged. I am not sure if the extending mechanism could be harmed by abuse, but the frame itself I beleive could withstand a ton of abuse. Keep in mind that you will still need the gig bag. I don't regret buying this for the new. It may take some time before you see many of these up for resale. ... show more

  • Absolutely perfect.
Size: 1 Row Style: Pedalboard
Not only does the board look great, the cable management looks so clean! The fact you can change your board size without having to re cut wood or do something extreme is absolutely perfect. It came in a show looking box and when I opened it I realized you had to build it yourself and I LOVEEEEEEEEE it. Being able to build it yourself even if it’s just adding a couple of screws for the feet, it’s really worth it. The Velcro in the bottom also was perfect for my power supply. 10/10 best board. ... show more

  • Works great but……….
Size: 1 Row Style: Pedalboard
Works well as intended, only issue is room underneath for most power supplies thicker than an inch. Other then that it is a clever well built item, cudos to D’Addario’s design dept !

  • Well Made but Overpriced
Size: 2 Rows Style: Pedalboard
The fact that the vinyl bag they sell to carry this pedalboard around in costs as much as the pedalboard itself is 100% testimony to how much less this item should cost. $15 dollars worth of cheap vinyl is equal to X amount of machine tooled aluminum? I don't think so. Otherwise it's a well thought out design that's made well for which you'll have to put a lot of thought into how you're going to power the pedals as there's not much room underneath for most of the popular powering options. I use a OneSpot. ... show more

  • Perfect for me...
Size: 1 Row Style: Pedalboard
I freaking love this thing, but I also use minimal pedals. It's compact, but can expand if I need it to. I love how solid it feels. Glad I bought it.
