  • Love it!
Color: True Red
This stroller was a little difficult to assemble, because the zippers get very tight, but the finished product is great. It is easy to fold up and throw in the back of the car, and great for quick outings and errands.

  • Easy to use

Baby on the way, so I don’t know the comfort level yet, however, I love how EASY it is to snap everything in place and how EASY it is to attach my baby’s car seat. This is a must have!

  • A stunning stroller that doesn’t take up much space
Color: Manhattan Grey
Cybex mios review (in progress) First of let me just say that Cybex makes really awesome strollers. The best I’ve had by far, nothing else even comes close to them in quality and design. The Mios is no exception, it is a really great compact stroller and when used with Cybex’s Cloud Q car seat it makes a fabulous travel system. I have both Priam and Mios and the biggest difference is the size. It might not look that much smaller in pictures or even when they are next to eachother but the Mios is significantly smaller and lighter than the Priam. It also has a much more compact fold which makes it perfect if you have a small car with a tiny trunk (like I do!). The compact size and maneuverability make the Mios perfect for tight spaces and crowded stores. The Mios is my go-to whenever I drive somewhere. I keep it in the trunk of my car so I have it ready for outings to the mall or wherever I might be driving with my toddler. The only real downside of this stroller is that because the wheels are so small, it can be pretty awkward to get it over a step or sidewalk. Other than that it is great; its easy to fold and unfold using only one hand. It locks into position automatically when folded and it can stand on its own when folded. It also has a handle molded into the plastic seat so it’s easy to lift it in or out of the car. The seat is reversible and has an extendable canopy that when fully extended reaches almost all the way to the belly bar. The seat fabric is removable for easy cleaning and Cybex has a variety of different seat packs you can buy so you can change the look whenever you feel like it. The seat locks into place with memory buttons so you don’t have to push them both at the same time to release the seat, you can push one side and then the other and then pull the seat off - again, this can be done with one hand which is a real blessing when you don’t have someone to help out. This stroller features all wheel suspension so it glides over the ground and is easy to steer even with one hand. It’s not quite as smooth as the Priam but it is still smoother and quieter than most strollers I’ve tried. The basket is small but sturdy. The handlebar is adjustable so it can be used comfortably by men or women whether they are tall or petite. Much like its bigger brother the Priam, Mios is an absolutely beautiful stroller sure to turn heads wherever you go. I get compliments on our strollers daily. This is the kind of stroller that’s so pretty it makes me want to dress up just to push it around. This is the Mios 2 which is the newer version of the Mios and while it is very similar to the original there are a few key differences that you should be aware of before you go shopping for seat packs and accessories. The Mios 2 is almost identical to the original Mios except the leather material on the handlebar and belly bar has a textured finished and accent stitching that makes it look and feel even more luxurious. Other than that the seat belt is the only noticeable difference but its important to be aware of when you are shopping for seat packs because Mios 2 seat packs do not work with Mios but Mios seat packs work ok with Mios 2 (i know i know - its confusing). The seat hard part is interchangeable between the two. ... show more

  • Pricey, minimalist, space saving design
Color: Manhattan Grey
First, this is a really nice stroller at first glance. However, with practical usage, I was less impressed. I'll start with assembly - while sturdy, the pieces were extremely well fitted, which made assembly more challenging than I was ready for. With 4 kids spanning 17 years to 2 years, I've put quite a few strollers together and this was, by far, the most difficult. Zipping and pulling some of the fabric over frame parts made me feel like I was going to rip the fabric all together. Nothing did rip and so far, the canopy zipper works, but it was a LOT of strength to get things where they needed to be. Second, the directions are all IKEA-style with only pictures so if you've never put a stroller together, it may take more deciphering than if you're already familiar. Next - the fold. I hate it. There, I said it. It looks easy, but ours feels like something keeps it from engaging correctly. I lift the lever the same way every time and can only get it to actually fold about one in four tries. I lift gently but firmly because it feels like more force will just break it right off, but I really have no idea why sometimes it releases to fold and most times it doesn't. It's really frustrating! Seat - Comfortable even for my 2 year old who doesn't want to walk, but also doesn't want to ride. He sat willingly after the first ride. The harness was good for him, too - good coverage, but didn't require me hooking together 2 pieces per side while he was squirming. A thoughtful design element I appreciate is that the strap excess for the harness can be tucked into the strap pads. This is a nice touch that ups the price point. Basket - still smaller than I'd like, but proportionate for the stroller. I keep a small clutch and it fits in there (but only from one angle) and I can add a few diapers, wipes, and a cup to it and it's full. Not bad, but I do sort of miss the giant baskets of the old strollers that you could basically slide another kid into. Handle - Good adjustability. Both myself (5'2") and my partner (6'0") can push comfortably. The basic push button there works beautifully and really can be adjusted with one hand. That comes in handy because the next drawback - zero storage for parent stuff! We got a cup holder that expands a bit (which I didn't realize at first and wondered what ADULT cup would possibly fit in there?!) and that's it. You'll want a hook or other additional caddy if you like to keep your stuff in easy reach. There is the basket, but again, it's small, and you'd have to stop moving and bend down to get whatever you want. There's not a spot for anything like a phone or keys that stays in reach while you walk. Frame & Ride - Sturdy and provides a better ride than most "indoor" strollers. We took this out to to old towne with the brick and cobble streets and my toddler didn't look like a busted-spring bobble head while we rolled over all that. Our jogging stroller does better there, but it's a space hog, so this will still win for that terrain for us. Curbs are kryptonite! It took a weird leverage to tip it back to go over curbs without the little ramp built in. Again, our jogging stroller does better here, but I'll still take this one overall for downtown strolls. It might be that my height makes the angle awkward to tip it back enough to 'jump' the curb, too. Portability - SUPERB. This thing folds down almost as small as a cheap umbrella stroller. Once I got it to actually fold, I was amazed at how small it was. It takes up 1/3 of the space of our jogging stroller, which gives us a lot more options for trunk space in my SUV or the compact car secondary driver. I love that is stands freely and there is a built-in handle so you're not always looking for a place to grab without getting dirty or feeling like you might pull something off. Fabrics and textiles - PLUSH and comfortable! This is definitely a place where the price point increase is noticed and worthy. All the materials feel great and everything is well finished. The zipper is smooth and feel like I could use it on a space suit it's so tight when zipped. The mesh seat and padded seat are both comfortable and I love that the plush padding can be removed to allow for the breathable mesh. No more roasting, sweaty baby! Overall - I've never spent this much on a stroller. There was definitely a lot of fine tuning that went into this design. My only complaints are the difficulty in assembly for me (obviously we overcame and then I never have to do it again, so a temporary complaint), lack of storage for parent-stuff, and folding difficulty. If I knew what was keeping it from folding flawlessly on the first try, every try, I'd be in love with it from head to toe. Since the fold issue happens EVERY TIME we use it, and no one else in the house can get it to fold AT ALL, I get flustered every time. For that, it loses a star. Otherwise, this is a solid investment in my toddler's comfort and ease of taking him everywhere we go. ... show more
