I'm doing a shooting demonstration this weekend and this got here just in time for me to mount on one of my AR's. I only need something that'll be used in the 200 yard range, and this should fit the bill nicely. Crystal clear glass, nicely etched retical with multiple levels of illumination and color. Paralax adjustment makes your field of vision look better than 3 dimensional. The build quality is exactly what I would expect from CVLife...very good. I know there are a ton of optic fanboys out there that will only spend 5,6,700 dollars or more on a hunting scope without ever giving these options a try, but they should. You'd be surprised how many BIG name optic companies are out there "white boxing" scopes from the same exact factories and manufacturers as less expensive brands. Give this a try...worst that happens is you return it for a refund.

I will admit, I was very, very dubious of how this scope’s build quality would end up being. Currently, I have an Sig Buckmaster non-illuminated on my bolty but the illumination would make the experience so much better. I was wowed by how crisp the image was. To note, my impressions of the product are only the initial impressions and only assessed things in relatively close quarters. I will need to wait until my next range day to put it to the test. Thus far, it has honestly blown me away. The finish seems very high quality and not super easy to scratch and the elevation and windage knobs are tight. The illuminated reticle is really nice. There are multiple brightness levels for both green and red. The illumination knob spins either direction and will show a different color accordingly. The battery orientation doesn’t REALLY matter, because it will illuminate either way, but if you have the polarity reversed, the colors will not match up to the knob’s markings. I was very happy to see the scope included rings, especially at this price. I’m not terribly fond of the lens covers. They work to protect but fall of quite easily. It’s not a huge issue since my rifle mostly lives in a case, but in the field, I can see it being a little annoying making sure not to accidentally knock the covers off. They come off even under the tension of the cover spring while trying to close them; it isn’t great. Despite that flaw, I like this scope a lot in my brief time with it so far. I should be hitting the range next weekend and I’ll do my best to remember to update the review.

This scope turned out to be an incredible value - the quality is right up there with my MPVOs that cost me two or three times as much, and it’s been holding zero perfectly on both my .308 AR-10 and various 5.56 uppers. The glass is clear, adjustments feel precise/tactile, and the illuminated reticle actually works well in anything but summer's full mid-day daylight. For the price this sells for, I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s genuinely impressed me - and honestly CVLifes products have all surprised me in this regard. Definitely a great option if you want s solid performing MVPO without spending a fortune.

Put this on my xm1 pcp rifle, I like how clear and bright the glass is. For a one inch tube dime a dozen 3x9 this is probably the nicest one I've seen. Of course it suffers from the same mixed units they all do, MOA adjustments with Mildot reticle,so if your someone who likes to dope instead of hold over I'd probably recommend something else. Turrets are brass with very tight and pronounced clicks. That said the one I received "tracks" just straight enough to fail a field sobriety test. Don't bother counting clicks when sighting in, just grab a handfull and give er a twist. You'll get there eventually. The reticle itself is just like any other 3x9 mildot, cross hairs wider than my cousin's trailer. At 50 yards on 9x, the cross hairs pretty much completely obscure something house sparrow sized. The lighted reticle works well, not much bloom until you get to the two brightest settings. At low illumination the reticle lights up crisper than my higher dollar first focal plane scope. Overall a good buy, has held up to some pretty hard use so far and not had any issues. *UPDATE* The scope has now completely lost zero and will not hold zero. I was out pesting and was in the process of getting those last few fine tune clicks on my zero when suddenly I get a shot that lands 3 feet to the right of where I was aiming. I'm shooting the JSB Knockouts so any bent slugs are easily noticeable. I did confirm it wasn't the gun by using another scope, also checked my barrel orings and baffles, all clean and no clipping. When I applied this scope to another airgun and tried to zero it, three clicks would shift the reticle by feet, about 4 or 5 adjustments in the point of impact was completely inconsistent even with no adjustments. Had high hopes for this but seems to be a let down.

It's an MOA reticle and turrets, if you scroll down it even says it's an MOA reticle, NOT mil dot. It's built well enough, the glass is clear and images are sharp. The eye relief is further back which I like. It's well-made and all that, the lens caps fit perfectly and close nicely. The finish is great, the turrets adjust well and positively. I'm just salty I was sold a MOA scope when I wanted mils and expected mils.

This scope is a pretty solid package for the price. It comes nicely packed with foam protection, a lens cloth, and mounting rings included, which is a nice bonus. The build quality feels good, sturdy and not cheap or flimsy. The glass is clear, and the adjustment knobs have a decent tactile feel. It's got a nice zoom range and should work well for a variety of uses. Just make sure to zero it properly once mounted. Overall, a good scope with solid value, especially for anyone looking to get started or add something reliable to their setup.
