This product was recommended to me by my daughter's tree pathology professor to heal the wound caused by a downed limb after a freeze. It took two jars but I got the job done. The tree seems much less vulnerable to disease now. This is a very thick puddy and it applied very well to the exposed wood. I am hopeful this will save my tree! ... show more

Scuffed up my 20 yr old Podocarpus Bonsai when I repotted it. Applied this to the scuffs on the nebari and it looks as if the scuffs were never their. The brown blends right in with the color of the wood.

Many folks have stated the product has been tampered with or reused but the product is hand filled into the containers and not machine filled. The result is little fingerprints and nail marks in the paste. If anyone has concerns they should weigh their product as it contains 160 grams of putty. Over all the product is wonderful as sealing large wounds on bonsai and other plants. You can wet your fingers slightly to get a better handle on the product. ... show more
