Love how easy this kite was to assemble and get airborne. This is my grandchild’s first kite (2 years old) and he is loving every second while flying it. We give him a little assistance just to make sure that he doesn’t lose it in a strong gust.., but this is a great kite to learn the skills. The size is perfect and he loves the bright colors.

We all know the T shaped design flies well. I bought four for my kids. But in order to make the kite more stable I always do away with the provided 2-point loop and straight away make my own 4-point "mountain loop" before even trying to fly it. Having done so the kite flew extremely well. It's very light and flew highest in about 10kt wind. Flew it in up to about 20kts....I wouldn't recommend flying these in such a strong breeze, the kite flexed and struggled a lot and the overall drag forced it down to about half the height. But at no time did this kite dip or spin. It remained upright and steady the whole time (I made sure the 4 piece loop was tied dead straight). If you about kites this is a cheap and reliable one for kids. Will test one of the unmodified ones to see how it flies.

As a dad who’s never flown kites, I was as green as the grass in the park. But there we were, kite in hand, ready for lift-off. The kite, a diamond in the sky, was more than just nylon and string; it was a ticket to an adventure, a bridge between my children’s world and mine. Assembly: The kite was a puzzle, but a simple one. With a few folds here and a couple of knots there, we had our contraption ready to conquer the skies. First Flight: The launch was a comedy of errors, with more dips than rises. Yet, with each failed attempt, the kids’ giggles grew louder, and my resolve stronger. The Soar: When it finally took to the air, it was magic. The kite danced, and with each gust of wind, it pulled our strings, both literally and figuratively. The Bond: As the sun began to dip, and the kite became a silhouette, I realized this was more than just flying a kite. It was about lifting spirits, sharing laughs, and teaching life’s little lessons on the breeze. In the end, the kite didn’t just fly; it soared, and so did we, as a family. It was a day of firsts, of fun, and of flights that won’t soon be forgotten. Overall I really don't feel like I'm overly qualified to review a kite because I don't have experience with different kites. However, we are really enjoying this kite and from my limited knowledge, it does everything a kite is supposed to do!

love this kite. i am a firm believer the kite flying is good for my overall mental well being as a retired senior. my wife loves the beach so we go every chance we get i like going to beach so i can fly my kites and i have a few. this is the classic kite design the so easy to put together because everything is pre-installed. just a few minor connections and its ready for launch. doesnt take much wind to get it going high. i like that two tail connections came with this kit for the kite. not inly does it look good up in the sky but helps stabilize the kite while airborne. five stars!
