I usually buy the roll and cut it myself. The roll wasn't available, so I bought this precut. I'm very pleased, same quality as the roll, and love the convenience of not having to cut it to size. Also bought the hima pro brand to compare. I did not like the hima pro. Too soft for my application.

These sheets are convenient to have because they are precut, and seem to be a little thicker than other cut-away stabilizers that I've used so far.

These are very handy to have. I love using them with the medium size hoop. The roll is not wide enough to get two hoops worth out of one cut so there is a lot of waste. So even if a roll is cheaper, it's not as good a value if much of it winds up in the waste pile.

Iβve done a few tests of these and they seem to work very well. I have a Brother SE600 with a maximum 4x4 hoop size so these work well. I use them with the square and oval machine embroidery hoop. If youβre new to embroidery, this type of stabilizer is needed for designs with heavier stitching and necessary when machine embroidering on stretchy and knit fabrics. +Iβve also added a helpful graphic photo of different kinds of stabilizers.

As a relatively beginner-level embroiderer, I was a little apprehensive to purchase these pre-cut stabilizers, especially when I already had 3 different types of rolls that I bought from a fabric store (none of which were working with the puckering of my designs). However, I solely use these stabilizers now. The time and hassle saved by having them already pre-cut is nice, too!

I love these! I use them for most all of my embroideries, unless I need a tear-away. It's great for heavier embroidery patterns, or where the embroidery back will be covered/hidden. I love the pre-cut size just for quickness, as I use a Brother 5x7 hoop.
