If you only want the direct customization of the award with the name, organization and date then these awards are fine and a good deal. However, if you want extra customization of the award title or the description in the middle (as it says you can request in the product description) then I would not choose this product on Amazon. I tried twice to order the award as I needed, and both times I ended up with the default wording. I hope this review helps anyone else who was hoping to have additional customization done on the awards. Updated 11/7/25: The company did reach out and apologize for missing the extra customization request and resent a third award with the correct text for free. Ultimately though, I spent more than I wanted because I had to order twice and ended up with two unusable glass awards that will go to the landfill. I'm updating to four stars because I think the issue was mostly Amazon's policies that made the extra customization difficult and if I had gone through the company directly it would have been fine. The awards were really nice quality and if all you need is basic customization I still think they are a great deal.
