The custom sign turned out absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our event! Unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged during shipping, but the seller’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, worked with me to resolve the issue, and had a replacement at my door the very next day. The quality of the sign was excellent, and the customer service was even better. Not bad but not great
Pretty nice banner, got one for myself and my friend. It’s a nice size, not too big, not too small. Knocked it two stars because the colors are not quite right (kinda pale/faded), the star on the bottom is supposed to be red and it looks more like pink which is a shame considering the price. Overall it’s not bad but the colors could be better.

Mostly happy with small caveats

First off, I had very low expectations on this product based on its price and some of the reviews but I gave it a shot because I didn’t want to spend and arm and a leg on something I wasn’t sure I’d be using a ton anyway. The turnaround time seemed ridiculously fast to me. When it arrived and I opened the box and set up my banner I was immediately impressed. Everything looked clear, even the images I had used that weren’t high resolution like the main vector based image I’d created. Set up was quite easy and everything seems to work fine. So generally speaking I’m very pleased with this product. I can’t say anything about how it will hold up over time and use, because I’m just about to take it out to my first convention. The only hitch so far with this purchase is that the canvas bag that comes with it is very cheaply made and in fact, mine was ripped during the delivery process. I then noticed that the metal base was also a bit dented in the same spot. The cardboard box it was shipped in had no padding and was quite thin so it’s not great for shipping, based on my experience. You know USPS or UPS or Amazon drivers are going to knock things around so expect some dings I guess. I contacted the seller to inform them of the shoddy baggage handling and the tear and they offered to refund a portion of my purchase as opposed to shipping me a new bag. I ended up purchasing a new bag from another seller which is a bit big for my banner but is padded and better made than the one it came in. The refund didn’t fully cover the cost of the new bag, so I do feel a little miffed that I spent more than I intended on this whole thing but overall I’m pleased. I just hope the banner contraption holds up for a good while.
