I ordered two of these custom sweatshirts in grey...one in a medium for me and one in a large for my husband...and we wore them on a trip to Sedona. They ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip! First, the personalization is spot on. The outline matched the photo we submitted so well, which honestly surprised me because you never know how those will turn out. It really captured us perfectly and made the sweatshirts feel special. The material is soft and comfortable without being too heavy. I will say it’s not very stretchy, but the sizing was accurate for both of us, so it still fit exactly how we expected. We got multiple compliments while wearing them, which always feels good, especially for something custom like this. It’s such a fun way to wear a memory! I really do love this hoodie! The graphic is nice and doesn't feel cheap or like it'll peel or wash off in the laundry and the hoodie itself is decent and very soft, Gildan brand. The only thing I could complain about is that if I didn't know that it was actually my dog on the hoodie, I wouldn't have guessed that it was supposed to be him. I love the design but I would have really liked there to have been some small details added in in at least his face to show the color differences in his coat. I've had my boy for 13 years and he's been my best friend since day 1. He passed away at the end of last month and I ordered this hoodie so I could wear it and maybe feel a little closer to him while I had it on and looked down at his face. While I feel like this will still make me feel that way, I would be lying if said I wasn't just a little sad when i seen that it looked more like any long-haired dachshund with any coat color and not clearly my dappled Jasper. One way to avoid this type of thing, I feel, would be to send a proof photo to the buyer before the seller sends the order to production/to be printed. That way, small things can be tweaked for the buyer if needed and they won't be surprised when they open their package after spending $50 on a customized hoodie. With that being said, I do like the hoodie a lot and I'm excited for the next cool day here so I can snuggle up in it. I miss my sweet boy so much. ... show more

Y'all, this has been the BEST purchase I've done in a while. I got it for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and if I could give it 10 stars I would! The quality of the shirt is great, pretty thick and comfy. The quality of the picture is just *mwah* chef's kiss, and the smile on my boyfriend at the end, made it all worth it😭. I actually sent a different picture at first and quickly contacted the company and they were so nice and quick to respond too, they fixed my mistake and I was able to send them this picture instead and everything worked out perfectly at the end.
