These things are HUGE. I usually wear a D. One of my older bras was a DD and they were still smaller than this. I understand its made to add a cup size so i was shocked at first but realized it was meant to add fullness. When i tried it on it lifted and added more boob so now my chest is bigger than my stomach so im really happy about that! Normally i wear sports bras for comfort on a casual day and padded bras usually for dressy occasions for lift and perkiness. The cups are really big so if you are looking to add its perfect. Otherwise i would suggest ordering a cup smaller.
