This is my first experience with this lotion and I love it. It's lightweight and not sticky! Not sure about fragrance free- to me there is a very mild fresh citrus scent in the beginning that fades away quickly as the lotion absorbs. This product does not irritate my sensitive skin. My skin gets immediate relief from the dry winter air. It keeps my skin feeling very soft, plump and hydrated. Gets rid of that tight, dry feeling. I wash my hands a lot so I find myself needing to lotion them often. I have different lotions throughout the house, and this is proving to be a favorite. It's not greasy. I've even used it on my face a few times and it didn't cause breakouts or irritate my eyes. If you have very dry skin, I would recommend applying something like Vaseline, Aquaphor, or CeraVe Healing Ointment on top of this, to seal the moisture in.
