For years I had been buying Embecta brand alcohol wipes here on Amazon. Alas, currently not available, so I decided to try a name brand such as Curad. The pads are the same size as the Embecta brand (1.1" x 1.3"), single ply, and appear to have the same generous thickness. They are well saturated and it does the job at a super value price. Excellent Alcohol Prep Pads That I've Trusted for Years

I've been using CURAD alcohol prep pads for years, and they're honestly some of the best I've come across. They're reliable, convenient, and do exactly what they're supposed to do. I've never had a problem with them. One of the things I really appreciate is that each pad is individually packaged, making them easy to keep around the house, in the car, or wherever you might need one. The 400-count package comes with four bundles of 100, so you're getting plenty for your money. One thing I would recommend is not keeping them stored away for too long. In my experience, they can eventually dry out even inside their individual packaging. As long as you're using them regularly, though, that shouldn't be much of an issue. Amazon offers Subscribe & Save, but with 400 pads in one order, you may not need another shipment anytime soon. It really depends on how frequently you use them. Overall, these are excellent alcohol prep pads. I've purchased and used them for years, they've consistently served their purpose, and I have no complaints. As a diabetic, I need to have a lot of these things and it's great they come 400 in a pack. Well actually it's 4 boxes of 100 each. But it's nice to have a large quantity at a low price. The pads are small but they're good and they don't fall apart.
