Pic with razor blade is for size of pad reference, overall I love the size for what I use them for. I use them to clean my long term piercing holes and to clean my face in the morning after I wash it then moisturizer after. I really like these pads especially for the price. The size is good for wiping my medicine vials and to disinfect my stomach before injecting my medication. Also, some pads I have bought were dry when I opened them and I have not had that issue with these. I will buy again when I run out.
