wrote a review a few days ago but have not seen it listed yet so I am sending it again. I love the cue. I seem to be able to shoot more accurately with it. There is only one problem. There appears to be a hair line crack running the length of the cue. It's very difficult to see and the thirty day return policy has expired. Can the shaft be replaced at NO CHARGE? What are my options. Please advise.

Love thr grip, the sleekness and the precision. I wanted the Cutech one for hubby for Christmas but found this. I ended up buying both and I kept this one. I'll never need another cue. My game has improved at lest 25%. We play daily and I enter tournaments. Great cue!

The stick is awesome and I love it! The stick comes shipped with a 4” bolt that weighs 2.452oz plus the the stick weight of 17.234oz for a total of 19.686oz. I purchased a 7” replacement bolt here on Amazon that weighs approximately 4.2oz to get the total weight of my stick a little over 21oz. Just search “Cue Desg bolt” and you’ll see them. Good luck!

Very good quality, looks excellent. Tip needed some work but after that it plays very well. One thing I noticed was that the dark finish of the carbon fiber shaft makes it more difficult to aim on dark colored cloth, but that is true with any carbon fiber shaft.

Is advertised as weight adjustable....came as 20 oz with no supplied weights or tools. Case looked nice on the outside...inside padding was lumpy as just shoved in quickly and unevenly. Spacers were quickly and sloppily done on seated with staples showing. Came with not a single paper on instructions for how to order or replace this advertised adjustable weights or of warranty or customer service contact.
