We had the Jr. watch for your 12yo and we loved it. Had an issue with the charging ports breaking. After trying to reach out via the Amazon link and not hearing back, we thought we were out of luck and bought this one as a replacement. I found another way to reach out to them and we DID hear back and I just have to say, AMAZING customer service!! We have two other Jr. watches for our 10 & 8yo daughters. I love that they can all link to my phone in one app with the "family" setting. (Other fitness watches, like Fitbit, don't allow for this in my experience). I can switch between each kid easily. I can add or turn off alarms or reminders. (The watch has to be within range to sync, but we homeschool, so they're always around 😅) I also love playing the occasional joke by changing the design of their watch face to something silly or seasonal (Happy New Year's watch face before the ball dropped so they'd see it when they looked down at their watches at midnight). They love the little games and step counting. All in all, we are very pleased with this product and the company that stands behind them! ... show more
